@lunza: This performance cannot be compared to Mrityunjay- in fact no performance can- it was a story, it was more on the classical side and the steps and style were completely different. Mrityunjay was made to be grand, according to the theme. This one was supposed to be more sombre cos of the patriotic theme. It laid more stress on expressing through body movements- 'contemporary dancing'- rather than storytelling.

soni,lunza..agree wid u guys on contemporary..i dun enjoy it dat much wen compared to other dance forms.his last act is bestesttttt but Rashmi nd shampa were gud in contemporary so can't say more loll

I guess I dont like contemp so much .. i never have.... even when he did it in ZND it was prob the least no. of times i watched compared to all his other performances on YT ...
sushant of course did a good job with it today ... great expressions and body lang. as usual .. me thinks he wins half the battle with his acting itself as far as the scores are concerned ....
sushant is a real nice guy .. the best non-dance sushant moment for me today was (for a change) not Sushita banter but sushant's reply to sumit .. when he was asked about being the best dancer on JDJ...

is just me who is getting a very bad feeling sushant gonna be targetted for controversies nd TRPs in the upcoming epis?cos he hitted a hattrick at the early stage and ofcourse everyone pulling sushita's legs etc..

I'll explain the concept in detail, but only after I watch it a few times myself first- don't misunderstand me, I did understand it, but I missed the opening lines that he said cos all the girls at my hostel started cheering for him.

For now, I can say that it was based on the how we take birth in this sweet land but later are engulfed and affected by all the religious fanticism, terrorism etc. It is only when peace dies down, (Sushant fell down and both girls ran to him) do we realise what we have lost.
