Its good for hair, BUT ONLY ONCE IN A WHILE. Too much of it causes hai fall.And take care not to apply any on ur skull....just on the hair!

Well i put about a teaspoon on Olive oil into my conditioner everytime i use it, it gives a better conditioning, also you can just apply olive oil on your scalp, its supposed to be good for hair growth.
