I agree with Vandy...if he was in the mental hospital because of other girl then he would nt do what he is doing in mh 🤣 meaning writing Taani's name all over the place

On a serious note don't forget he is mentally unstable and he may not have recognised she is his mishty ... its also possible he was hungry so went for mithai ... or may be he did not recognise her but as he always loved eating, mithai reminded him of his past memories or he could link up his mishty with the mithai
