Kunj shouts and says papa aaj icu mein hain sirf teri wajah se. Twinkle is too shocked to say anything. The doctor comes and says i am sorry mr. Manohar sarna is in coma. We dont know when he will recover. Usha says dekha maine to pehle hi kaha tha yeh ladki manhoos hai. Anita smiles in background.
Bebe says usha bas kar. Bebe says anand aur cherry ruk jaayenge. Kunj says par bebe main... bebe says tu thaka hoga abhi ghar chalte hai. Kunj is still not back.
At home.
Usha says twinkle meri nazaron se door ho jaao varna mujhse bura koi nahin hoga. Kunj comes and usha asks kunj to decide who should stay she or twinkle. Kunj is unable to decide that. Twinkle decides to go from there as she did not want him to upset one of them. Twinkle decides to pack her bags. Just as twinkle is about to leave bebe says twinkle beta tera yahaan se jaana zaroori hai. Twinkle says haan bebe shayad yehi sabke liye better hai. Bebe says thheek hai agar tumhe aisa lagta hai to aisa hi sahi.
Twinkle leaves. Kunj cries unable to stop twinkle to leave. Bebe sees kunj and says kunj puttar tum abhi abhi twinkle ko rok sakte ho. Kunj stops crying and says not at the cost of my mother.
Twinkle reaches her home.
Leela sees her suitcase and is shocked to see it. Twinkle says i have left home. Rt is angry with sarnas for letting twinkle go home. Before rt could say anything leela says chal beta araam karle. Twinkle goes to her room. Twinkle sees herself in mirror and says yeh jo kuch bhi hua hai woh sirf teri wajah se hua hai. Na tu yuvi se pyaar karti na teri shaadi kunj se hoti aur na aaj jo hua woh hota. Aaj tak maine jisse pyaar kiya hai woh mujhse door ho gaya hai to kya... and she fainted. Ten minutes later leela comes and calls for a doctor. Doctor says she is in some kind of deep shock and needs lot of rest otherwise anything can happen and maybe admitted to hospital. She should not be given anykind of stress.
After an hour.
Leela calls twinkle for dinner.
Twinkle comes and just then pinni starts taunting dekho didiji kudi ko ghar bithha loge to society kya kahegi ji ki kudi apne sasuraal se nikaali gayi to ismein kuch to problem hai ji. Mama raises his voice and says bas karo pinniji bahut bol chuke aap. Pinni says aap to kuch nahin karogeji lekin isse badnami hamari hogi ji. Mama says bas bahut bol chuki aap. Leela says bhai bas karo tum dono chup bhi raho. Leela says twinkle beta thoda khana kha le. All are shocked to find twinkle missing and the door was open. Twinkle had left the house.
Twinkle was on road thinking about what usha, kunj and pinni had said to her and she fainted.
After an hour tsinkle wakes up to find her in chinkis house. Chinki says shh chup kar twinkle woh kya hai leela aunty ne phone kiya tha tujhe dhhoondne ke liye aur haan aunty ne us ke liye 2 tickets bhijvaaye hai us ke liye. Chinki says 2 days later we will go to u.s as it will change your mood aur ho sakta hain yahaan sab thheek ho jaaye.
Yuvi at home was thinking where had twinkle gone when someone calls him and tells him something. Yuvi says main deewana tera twinkle aa rahaa hoon tere pass.
Here kunj had tried calling leela and twinkle but no one picked up the phone. Kunj was worried about twinkle and he missed her a lot in those days. After whatever happened leela decided not to talk to sarnas. A day later twinkle sleepwalks and reaches balcony and falls taking kunjs name.
