Kunj was feeling uneasy as he knew that something had happened to twinkle. Kunj tried calling leela but no one was picking up the call. Kunj suddenly felt dizzy and fainted. Kunj was taken to the same hospital as was twinkle and manohar. Kunj had not eaten food since the time twinkle left home.

2 hours later

Twinkle was still unconscious. An hour later twinkle woke up. She was feeling dizzy. A wardboy came in and started forcing her to sign something. Twinkle was struggling not to sign the papers but she was weak and had to sign the papers not knowing this was planned by none other than yuvi. She again fell unconscious.

Half an hour later

Kunj woke up still weak as he had not eaten anything. He started asking bebe about twinkles whereabouts but was reminded of what had happened because of her. A minute later he sensed twinkle was nearby. Bebe went out. There was a man standing out and said he wanted to meet kunj. Bebe allowed him to meet kunj. The man asked kunj ji aapki wife ne aapke liye divorce paper bheje hain to is par sign kar dijiye. Kunj was shocked to see twinkles sign and said mujhe apni biwi se baat karni hai. The lawyer said main baad mein aata hoon. Bebe came in asked what happened. Kunj told her everything. Bebe was also shocked but said kunj puttar lagta hai tujhse koi galati ho gayi hai yeh twinkle ka sign nahin ho sakta hai. The lawyer called yuvraj and said sir aapka kaam ho gaya hai. Yuvraj smirks

He asked bebe to give her phone and he called leela. Leela picked up the phone and said bebe aapko pata hai twinkle building se gir gayi thi aur woh abhi lifecare hospital mein hain.Before leela could say anything kunj said twinkle kahaan hai. Leela cut the phine. By this time kunj was hysterical and started shouting twinkles name but fainted.

An hour later.

Bebe went to get some water. Just then she met leela. Bebe said leelaji aap yahaan. Leela said haan woh twinkle sleep walk karte hue building se gir gayi but thankfully use chot nahin lagi. Leela said par bebe aap yahaan. Bebe said haan leelaji jab se twinkle ghar se gayi hai tabse usne kuch nahin khaya aur behosh ho gaya aur isi hospital mein admitted hai.

Half an hour later.

Both twinkle and kunj woke up simultaneously. Twinkle could rememver anything what happened in hospital and was groggy.

Kunj was thinking how can twinkle sign divorce papers without consulting me and said haan lekin tujhe lagta hai tu jo decision leti hai wo sahi hai to thheek hain abhi papers par sign kar deta hoon. He was about to sign when leela came in and said kunj puttar tu kaisa hai ab. Kunj said maa main thheek hoon twinkle kahaan hai. Leela second neeche waale floor par room 200. Kunj immeditalely went to meet her. Twinkle was awake and kunj was happy to see her but was angry to see her sign on divorce papers. Kunj said tu soch bhi kaise sakti hai apne kunj ko divorce dene ke baare mein how can you you are my wife. Kunj still had not signed the papers. Twinkle was shocked and fainted. Kunj called the doctor. After checking the doctor said i am sorry kunj but twinkle has lost her memory use kuch yaad nahin hai. Agar unhe kuch yaad karane ki koshish ki to she may lose her life. Kunj said how can u forget me and started crying but composed himself.

An hour later twinkle soke up but was surprized to see so many people there. Twinkle asked leela who are they. Leela said yeh hamare neighbours hai. Twinkle said pointing to kunj yeh kaun hai. Leela said yeh kunj sarna hai one of our neighbours. Kunj went from there as he was hurt. Kunj said twinkle said may tumhari memory chali gayi hai but you were my wife, you are my wife and you will be my wife at any cost.

Sometime later.

Leela asked twinkle tu sabse jhooth bol sakti par apni maa se nahin tune jhoot kyun bola ki teri yaaddasht chali gayi hai tu jis tarah se kunj ko dekh rahi thi mujhe pata chal gaya tha ki tu jhoot bol rahi thi. Twinkle said woh kya hai maa ki kunj ne mujhe divorce papers bheje the. Leela said mujhe pata hai kunj ne mujhe sab bata diya. Mere khyaal setumlog ko koi alag karnz chahta hai varna tum bataao ki tum dono hospital mein the aur tab tumhe divorce papers mile. Kunj came in and said haan twinkle mas sahi keh rahin hai aur tum meri biwi ho you are my wife.

2 days later both were discharged from hospital.

Kunj told usha and everyone that he is taking twinkle to farm house and will be there to take care of her. Bebe said main bhi chalti hoon tum log ke saath mere man nahin lagega. Usha said lekin bebe.. Bebe said keh ditta te keh ditta jab tak manohar thheek nahin hota tab tak hum log wahin rahenge.

All three of them left.
