"Tu Meri Aamanat Hai"
Part : 1 
Location > Amritsar City Hospital
She felt her head a little heavy... Slowly she opened her eyes... The view in front of her eyes was blurred
She closed her eyes again...
And 2nd time when she opened her eyes the view was quite clear... She looked here and there as if searching for something or 'Someone' but...
"Mmmain...inhaaa" > These words automatically came out of her mouth
"Arreh apko hosh aageya?" > She heard the nurse's voice
"Its a hospital" her mind finally registered the place
"Sister main inha kaise?" > She asked in utter confusion
"Ji apka accident hua tha but apke pati bilkul sahi time pe apko inha le aye aur abhi aap pehle se kafi behtar hain" > The nurse informed
"Accident? Pat...PATI?...Kon? Main kon?" > In between so many confusions finally she realized the 'Void' in her mind
She touched the bandage on her head trying to remember something but her mind was blank 'Completely BLANK'
She looked at the nurse in bewilderment > "Sister mujhe kuch samajh nehi aaraha, mujhe bohat ajeeb lag raha hai, ek khali pan sa, main kuch yaad kyun nehi kar paa rahi hnu, kuch nehi, not even my name..."
The nurse was silent...
"Mujhe kuch yaad kyun nehi hai? Main kon hnu? KON HNU MAIN?" > She tried to get up from the bed but her weak body refused to help her
The nurse moved forward n held her arms
Nurse > "See apke sar pe bohat gehri chot ayi thi...Aap apni yaaddash khoo chuki hain"
The nurse looked at her in concern, her face was blank...And a tear dropped from her eyes...
"But don't worry its not permanent, apko bohat jald sab kuch yaad aajayega" > The nurse continued
When the nurse did not get any further reaction from her she ran outside to call the doctor & her husband...

Her body was numb & mind blank...
She was sitting on the hospital bed like a lifeless statue when she heard a name...
"TWINKLE..."
Before she could register anything...She felt a strong arm around herself...
That was what she needed the most at that time "A Hug"
BUT
She felt a little strange... That hug failed to evoke any kind of emotion within her
She couldn't able to hug HIM back...
"Tu thik hai na baby?" > He asked
She was too bewildered to answer
He broke the one sided hug & looked at her...
"Main kon hnu?" > She asked the only question she had in her mind
He cupped her face gently
"Tu Twinkle hai...Meri Twinkle..." > He informed
"Twinkle..." > She repeated softly
"Han baby...Mrs. Twinkle Yuvraj Luthra" > His announced proudly
