Regret or Redemption?
I've seen a lot of fingers being raised at Kunj, and well that's justified. Like I've said before, I'm a supporter of Kunj, but NOT a blind supporter who'll just ignore or pretend he has no flaws.
Kunj HAS flaws, he's the hero but at the end of the day he's a human. We see him as a hero, but in the show he's far from it. He's a regular guy who fell in love with a girl, got betrayed, literally loved his family to death, can do anything for his loved ones.
Now I'd like it make it clear that I IN NO WAY SUPPORT HIM SLAPPING Twinkle or any other girl as a matter of fact. I'm not a feminist but I know where to draw a line.
What he did is completely unjustified and completely useless. But does he really need to REDEEM himself? Coz as far as I know, redemption is a way to completely change the way one person used to live in, evilly that is. Like a rebirth in a way.
I mean redemption, according to me should be done by a character like Yuvi, whose done so many conspiracies that even the count of stars would fall short. A person like Yuvi should redeem himself.
Coming back to Kunj, he needs to regret his actions. He should make sure that he shouldn't repeat it at all and also that apologise to Twinkle for what he did. I read posts that say that Twinkle needs to divorce Kunj, walk out of their marriage. But let me ask you, is it really necessary? I, for one, think that Kunj could've walked out, no actually, he didn't need to marry Twinkle at all after the whole MU and accusation thing, but he did, because he respected her family and most importantly her.
Can't we give Kunj one chance? Yes, because for me this is his first mistake because I really don't count for not trusting Twinkle as his fault.
Coming back to the slap, Kunj will always be at fault for that unless and until it's shown that he did it because of a ploy or plan he's cooking, but apart from that I'll hold it against Kunj until he apologises.
P.S : I'd like to make a point here, Kunj is not a hero, he's a person whose full of emotions, he's aggressive when he needs to be and most importantly he's impulsive like everybody else. And that's what made him slap Twinkle, the panic he was in made him react in the worse possible way.
Second, do you seriously want a perfect Kunj? Like all heroic? Coz to be honest the character with no flaws are absolutely of no use, I mean agar Kunj ekdum perfect hoga toh usmein and ek sacrificing Bahu mein kya difference hoga?
We like Kunj because, as a character we can relate to him, he's very normal and behaves like normal people do in a situation.
No ones perfect and I'm glad that Kunj isn't perfect as well, otherwise he'd be predictable and that would be no fun at all. Right now, we are seeing a different side of Kunj which we never thought existed in him. Though this side is a little annoying, it's just a part of Kunj, which we should be ready to accept.
So what do you think? Kunj should redeem himself or regret what he did.
Do you think that Kunj and Twinkle should separate ways just to start their romance?
LAST THOUGHT : I personally think this track will help Kunj and Twinkle to accept each other coz this is a track where we are seeing Twinkle watch Kunj protecting her from the family drama and we will hopefully see Kunj admiring Twinkle's trust in him.
Hopefully this track will do some good!
