Here comes another topic from me. Long time, I posted no topic. And didn't wanted to post all those same old discussed topics so posted this. Many of you may say "NO" to this question. But 2 tracks of TMKOC made me feel sad.

1st is Diwali track, where Bhide had no money to celebrate Diwali and Jethalal secretly helps Bhide.

2nd is Sheru, the dog track. That track when Sheru was about to leave the society made me a little bit sad for the 1st time ever in TMKOC. I never felt sad for whatever big bad happened before.

3rd is Popatlal-Bulbul marriage track. I already said too much about this track so don't want to say more about it. Just want to say that it made me cry not only sad. That was the first time, I cried for something in TMKOC. Not only me, But I have read the users comments on TMKOC-facebook about the episode on which Bulbul reveals the truth to Popatlal, one of them said that Sabko hasaane wale Popatlal ne aaj ham sabko rula diya.

So if you guys ever felt sad for something on the show. Then do share it here 😊

Nice topic !
But TBH none of the tracks have left me sad. Maybe becuase I always watched this serial for tension release and there has never been much of overdrama. It was always good entertainment. ( I am talking of the past glory)😉

And also Personally I never cry at any TV dramas because they are just fiction and not real life.😊

But I was once moved a lot by the episode where Jethalal secretly helps Bhide during Diwali because he does not have money to celebrate it

I was about too write about this track...and mean time i saw your post..😊,

yes that diwali track where jetha lal helps bhide for getting achar papad order from a mahila group, was really good...😊

aur achi baat ye hai ki bhide and family does not come to know abt this..only babu jee and daya comes to know of this because daya tied her hand band to money (5000rs), which madhavi returns to daya because she took from her for shopping.

wohi agar aaj kal ek episode men hota too gada parivar ko mahan bantane ke liye the director would have exposed the reason..😡

really nice episode...😊

Exactly, those episodes were quite realistic and they had a nice human touch about it. And nice thing about that episode was no one from Gada pariwar made a big fuss about helping Bhide.

How I wish the serial brings back those days !

@Aarti_16, I also don't cry at any daily TV soaps but TMKOC is different for me. Maybe that's just because I am too young or watching it from the beginning has somewhat adding feeling to me about its character. Actually, I didn't cry, but went almost in the condition of crying. BTW, I don't know how I forgot to write that Diwali track on my list.

@terenaam_ahm, Right, aaj kal to Tappu Sena or Gada Parivar ki mahaanta dikhane me hamari creative team piche nahi rehti.

Jack, for me it was popatlal ki tuti shadi wala track. I felt really bad for him
Another track was where bapuji was arrested when he was only trying to help the beggers. Unfortunately, it was midnight and police got suspicious. Jetha goes all the way hunting for his father but later the real man comes over and says he wanted to teach his own son a lesson. He also congratulates bapuji saying how lucky bapuji was to have Jethiya who even at this age is all lost to have lost his father.

That track was kind of sad. In india some parents still dont receive the respect and honour they deserve,Common, I mean, its about our parents, is it too much to let them live with dignity and respect. Why do they need to go to an oldage home for that ?

I must watch the Bhide diwali wala track on the reruns. Haven't seen it yet.
I didn't really find any other track that made me feel particularly sad. Nowadays, the emotions are not real, like they don't touch your heart. It's too preachy and melodramatic.
