Popcorn machine - that is a sweet, no salty, no crackling, no... who cares, a lovely compliment. I am so glad you like the plot. Swara with glasses - yes, she wears them intentionally.

Post 1 was actually unexpected,mind blowing and actually attracted me a lot . It is beautiful and i always look forward to your stories however, i am long back in commenting . I never forget to read your story.

Swara's past was a very sad one , growing up as one illegitimate daughter will definitely carry lots of miseries and her father leaving her early and being grown up by her grandmother , definitely she had to develop a dislike against love .But why fear when Sanskaar is here !

Yes - her family history has convinced her that the women in her family are cursed, they can never be blessed with 'love'. So she hates that word and all that it means. And as you said, she does not have anything to fear for Sanskaar is here.

But, really Sanskaar reading romantic novels for getting Kavita back sounded quite silly at first and she leaving him for not being romantic was more worse . She not replying to his gifts were really so rude of her but anyway , thanks to her for getting out from sanskaar's life , I can expect SwaSan .

Sanskaar being silly was intentional - everyone has to have a flaw and Sanskaar is a person who does everything with a passion, he was not sure what Kavita meant when she accused him of being unromantic so he tried reading books. It did not strike him that maybe she was being unreasonable when she accused him. As he admits, everyone is a little foolish in love.

Kavita must have already moved on, so she simply ignored Sanskaar and his efforts. I did not mention, but he must have really tried to meet her, talk to her but when all that failed, he resorted to this method.

I don't how the plot is going to unfold , but i feel that this part rather moved very fast with swasan becoming friends and proceeding .I think you have much in store for us . Anything can happen in a Myna story after all 😉. Pls update soon i am very anxious to know how the story proceeds .

I have a lot of ground to cover and it will be over in seven parts - so I think the pace is a little fast.

Nevertheless , Sweet deals is a awesome story , but it seems nothing before this one , truly excited for this . 3 cheers for Amaranthine .

One (Sanskar) believes in love and the other one (Swara) doesn't.😆 Poor Sanskar! Trying to win Kavita back, but alas! It was not successful.😆 And trying too woo someone who doesn't even value his love was not good.😕 Good that Kavita married someone else.😉 And poor Swara. Her family's girls r cursed to find love. In fact she was happy and wanted to hug him?!😆 And Sanskar decided to make Swara believe in love.😉 And Swara started to feel li'l jealous about Kavita and instead of supporting him, she was relieved when she heard from Sanskar about her marriage.😉😆 But she also felt that she was the reason of his failed love.😕😭 But Sanskar made her understand that she was not. I am thrilled that you like the title - and it is indeed better that the one I originally thought of (too long, if I were a reader, I am sure that reading the title itself would exhaust me😉), but this word does capture the phrase too.

Very lovely start. The intro was laced with a lot of wry humor; it was a very fresh and novel read. I was grinning to myself throughout, and those lovely images and succinct captions/ tags really kept us enthralled. 👏👏

Loved chapter 1. The way you sketched their meeting and growing bonhomie in the present, linking up to how their pasts are in a sense, intertwined, was so beautifully done.

Yes that was a twist - Sanskaar unknowingly is the one who ensures that Laksh's and Swara's engagement does not go through - and in a way adds to her disillusionment with the word "love"

Sanskaar seeking Swara's help in attempting to woo Kavita back 😆 That was such a very novel touch. Thankfully Kavita, materialistic and shallow enough to value things which came with a hefty price tag, has married someone else...presumably someone wallowing in wealth. Sunny is saved. 😉😊

Poor Sanskaar - I mean, he goes to around changing himself for Kavita and she accused him of not being romantic enough. It must be bewildering for anyone - poor guy. And the fates decide that Swara is the best person, in spite of her disbelief in the idea of love - she did let him know that maybe Kavita was being quite unreasonable - which he also reluctantly admits to. And yes, that is more or less the end of the Kavita track!

I think Sansku must have already started feeling something for Swara...he did not tell her about Kavita being married till a month after the event had happened...he was happy to keep meeting Swara in the interim? 😊

Sanskaar starting to feel something for Swara - sort of - not there yet. At least, he realises that Kavita no longer figures in his life and that Swara is becoming more and more important. They gave up their efforts to woo Kavita back, quite quickly😊

The doff of the hat to key serial moments was fabulously done, dear. The "main tumhe nahin chodunga Swara" dialogue...as well as the hanky moment. 😳😉☺️

That is what I meant when I said that I shamelessly lifted the dialogues from the serial😳 but I am happy that you like it

Loving the SwaSan interaction here...and waiting eagerly to see how Sunny convinces Swara that love indeed exists. ☺️⭐️

I really do not think Sunny has to do anything but be himself - how long can Swara resist him or his pull on her heart - not for long😉 And once she falls in love with him she would have to admit that love exists and it is beautiful.

Please do bear with a rather less detailed comment than what I normally like to do; I am on a few days' visit to bro's home; and Hubby, Bro, parents and SIL have all sternly warned me not to spend too much time online. 😆😉

How could they not notice each other - there are destined to be together, irrespective of what each of them believes. That apart, both are good looking individuals, who had almost a month's time to notice each other😉 . Swara not believing in the idea of love - that is natural given the circumstances she has grown up in.

Sanskaar is a guy who does everything with a passion - so he was a little confused when Kavita accused him of not being romantic enough. She had to be someone who cannot judge and value people - I am sure she is a confused soul and it is she who does not know what "romantic" means. Yes, her role is over - out of their lives for good.

Swara is a practical girl and her reasons for agreeing to marry Laksh were practical ones, he had a large family - one that she wanted: her family would be happy and he was a nice guy. Once the engagement broke off and she could truly introspect (somewhere, however practical one is, a broken engagement hurts) she realised that not getting married to Laskh was a good thing.

And Sanskar decided to make Swara believe in love.😉 And Swara started to feel li'l jealous about Kavita and instead of supporting him, she was relieved when she heard from Sanskar about her marriage.😉😆 But she also felt that she was the reason of his failed love.😕😭 But Sanskar made her understand that she was not. And when she started to cry, he gave her his handkerchief. So sweet.😳

Sanskaar believes in love and is sure that he would have his love story. Even though Swara's questions make him realised that Kavita could be a fault, he does not want to give up so easily. And Swara intrigue him too so he decides to make her believe in love.

Swara was not jealous per se, she was angry that any woman would be lucky to have someone like Sanskaar love them, so she felt that Kavita is a fool. But when she learns that Kavita had married someone else, some part of her (that stupid voice of fear that all of us have) says that her "curse" is the reason.

The handkerchief - had to make an appearance, it is a hallmark of SwaSan relationship😊

The story is becoming very interesting from the 1st chapter itself.😉 Update soon.😳 Thanks for the pm.😃
