Dear Nyna,
This is one absolutely beautiful OS.❤️ To fit the whole series of emotions and life of SwaSan in such a captivating and alluring way is a tremendously impressive feat. You managed to put their life right from Swara being 3 hours old to the present time. Hats off to you.!👏
I have always, always liked Sanskaar more than I liked Swara. Maybe its the female part of me or just the fact this character has such depth, but I have always liked Sanskaar tons more than Swara. Guiltily, I also seem to like Ragini's character (before they butchered her with showing her innocent all over again) more than Swara too But your Sanskaar here took my breath away. To love so unconditionally is so courageous and at the same time so, so painful. And to top it off, the person you are in love with is down right rude to you. It is all the more heart breaking. The quotes you put at the start of each part were so apt and full of meaning to what was being felt by the characters and me as a reader.
The emotional portrayal of Swara, Sanskaar, hell even the family members was fabulous. It is obvious when your name is linked to a childhood friend you want to get away from their shadow. Swara was literally in a corner with the constant teasing and her own feeling regarding Sanskaar and the kiss on her 16th birthday along with the 'I love you' must have caused her to lash out finally and react as any teenager would. I really loved the realism here. And still after all this, she had to seek out Sanskaar whenever something happened in her life.
Sahil was the perfect person to fall for., the perfect substitute - the idea of falling in love with whom provided Swara with the much needed diversion from Sanskaar's love and her confused feelings. A special thanks for no unnecessary drama with respect to this weird character (who it seems is going to turn out to be a brilliant villain in the show).
Nyna, I really want to bow down to you for the whole Swara scene when she reaches home and finally opens the gifts given by Sanskaar. My heart was literally crying right along side Swara. What a poignantly worded part that was.!👏
This OS is going to safely find its place right alongside some other beautiful writings on this forum.
Waiting for some more beautiful writings from you. Are you planning for anything on the memory loss track? Would love to read it.
Love ,
V😊
