I hope what I did with Pawan despite there still being the uncertainty for the end was what made an impact? He did manage to deliver his message to Sanskaar and came back to Uttara but for long, I cannot promise .

That Janaki😡As you know how I changed my opinion and thought the culprit to be Janaki but still somehow never expected her to be this ruthless.Yes she wants to destroy Swara but I thought she will just play behind the scenes causing havoc but not do anything like what she did here.And the way she is described ,holding the blood dripping dagger calmly and her eyes were sad and wise as always was quite chilling.So there was no agitation or even slight remorse on her part for what she did.I want her to meet a miserable end😡

We did have a nice discussion about this on this thread and yes your original instinct at thinking it was Janaki before my red herrings on Annapurna threw everyone off were actually spot on. Ah the plan to have her actually stab Pawan was somewhat something that grew, although Janaki was my villain right from Day 1 of planning DK:). I wanted that chilling effect so glad you thought I achieved it 😊

The talk between Sanskar and Lakshya was good.Finally misunderstandings were cleared between them.Was very glad that Laksh told Sanskar about Kavitha.Now Kavitha will not even remain as a pleasant memory for Sankar.Good riddance.laksh is in love with Ragini does that mean her evils will go unpunished .

There is of course more on Kavita that you have read (I think?) since so you will have to share your final opinion but yes, I didn't want Sanskaar to be left with any illusions as to her duplicity 😊

Ragini did let Pawan know where Swara was,is it because she's changing or her confidence that Pawan would not be able to rescue Swara.Was Ragini also in on her mother's plan.

Ragini recoiled at the fate she knew Swara would face with Devendra. Ragini knew her mother's plans but did not until almost the last minute know she intended to go that far hence her slight awoken conscience, which I was trying to sketch some episodes prior too but never far enough that she would undergo a full redemption as I don't think she has it in her.

The beast Devendra is back and he hurt Swara by ripping the chain.😡I'm so waiting to see Sanskar rip Devendra apart.So in the next chapter will Swara meet Kavitha since now Swara is Devendra's captive.?.

Still not clear about Annapurna.Where did she go and what did she do to the letter?

Is it the same letter Sanskar received ?.Too many questions.Hope everything gets cleared in the coming chapters.

Finally the cousins have a much needed heart - to - heart. And oh God Laksh actually loves Ragini now?🤢In hind sight it seems Laksh has matured over the years. Of course he is nowhere near his brothers or Pawan but he seems to have come a long way from what he was. If only he had told Sanskaar everything about Kavita then, the story would have been very different today.

Totally right- Lakshya has changed and slightly matured for the better. He was an utter spoilt brat and even his falling in "love" with Swara was the remains of that phase. As you say, he will never have the depth of Sanskaar or Pawan or even some of Adarsh's sense but well, he isn't all that bad and he did do a good deed all that time ago except if only he had told Sanskaar, but then would Sanskaar have listened then? So many ifs and buts!

Now what letter did Sanskaar receive? Did AP send him Swara's letter?

I had a bad feeling about this whole thing when all of a sudden Pawan & AP went missing, Shomi was ill, the priest performed the Pooja only at a particular time & hence Janaki HAD to be there ASAP Everything seemed so wrong.

Ragini continues to confuse as always. Now knowing the end I know she refused to divulge more information since it would mean outing her mother but then had she told Pawan about Janaki then he could have taken more help with him which could have helped him save Swara. So even here, knowing everything about Dev, knowing Swara has forgiven her, in spite of fearing for Swara...she will only help in half measures?🤢 Mother & daughter are truly rotten. Loved that little moment between PaRa. Oh God but Uttara is going to be so shattered when she learns about Pawan😭

Your assessment as ever is spot on and Ragini's conscience is totally half hearted and still spurred by too much self motivation so this is the way she chose. Her softening led to somehow hoping Pawan would stop the worst of it but she's stupid in that as how on earth could that have worked for all she knew but then she didn't know till quite late that her mother was going to stoop that low 🤢. Uttara 😭

So loser Dev got an army to kidnap a woman. Real brave man. And he calls himself a soldier👏 👏 👏 This man is sick & like all twisted people he knows how to inflict maximum pain. Tearing off that chain from Swara was too painful to read about

Janaki! What a 🤬 I think i hate her more than Dev because at least Dev is an outsider. But to do this to your own daughter, step daughter yes, but still your daughter! And more important than that...a woman doing this to another woman. But then history has proven that it is always a woman who leads to another woman's ruin🤢 I always wanted a painful death for Dev. I still do. But I want Janaki to live. I want her to live & suffer & I want her to see her daughter suffer as well. No more forgive & forget for Ragini please!

I totally get the reasoning for hating Janaki- there are I felt always women like these and they are difficult as their original start of the fall you can understand to an extent but they go to levels which are beyond horrendous and literally equal to selling your soul with no returns policy. We will see what end Janaki has as she has wreaked such havoc

Though you keep referencing the Ramayan throughout this story Pawan here reminded me of Abhimanyu. A lone soldier who fought alone, trying to save the day. He fought against so many & then he fell

We both agreed that Pawan was so Abhinmanyu in that section- one of my favourite characters and the sequence in BRC's MB that will always always make me bawl no matter how many times I see it, is that hero's final fight 😭

Pawan cannot die. Uttara is waiting for him😭 My Pawan!😭 My PaRa!😭 😭 😭 That little PaRa moment was a dagger to my heart. You give them their ONE single moment at such a time when their future together seems so bleak. You are cruel Shru😭

You saw what happened there but of course his final fate is still hanging in the balance and as for cruel, I cannot deny that one in this story 😈

Whoa! I read chapters 29-31 tonight and can not wait for more! The delusional Ragini, the maniacal Kavita and now a wicked Janaki. What else do you have in your kitty for us Dark Knight fans? After #30, I thought Swara avoided walking into a trap but Janaki took her right there. Well the woman did sound too good to be true.

You are writing this story so well and keeping us all wondering and waiting. Looks like we have to be ready for worse before it gets better. (Hopefully!).
