There are always a delight... loved your take on the current scenario more than what they are gonna show in the actual show.. ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†... i so wanted Swara to go back for only Sanskaar this time like in your story.. But it seems that the CVs want her to go back coz of the torture the family will face.. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ..

Anyways... Coming back to your story... loveddd it... ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘.. Loved Swara, Sanskaar and Shomi in it... They were perfect and the actual way a normal person would react to such a situation.. lol.. Y will a wife leave her husband for something that her brother-in-law has done.. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘.. as usual the story was perfect on emotions.. Hats off to you for that.. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ... I wish you were the story writer of the show.. Lol.. We would have actually seen all your stories in reality.. ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†.. But they are a treat to read always...

Hate Shekhar.. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก... He is stupid in the show just like in this story.. ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†.. Stupid and dumb.. and i wonder how that Dadi changes her sides so often.. ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†...

All in all it was a power packed One shot.. Loved their hug... In dreams still.. ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ... Love Swasan in all ur stories... they are my favourites.. ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜‰.. Keep updating.. please...

Thanks for the pm.. Biggg Huggg... ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ.. Sorry for the late reply.. ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Hey darling...๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿค—

First of all, please stop saying sorry for "late" replies yaar. I always say that I just want my pals to read when convenient to them, and let me know what they felt. Its always a pleasure and privilege to get your feedback, so no formalities of when you comment at all. ๐Ÿค—

I was going all ๐Ÿ˜ณ at your lovely words about my writing. Thanks so very much for that.

I get very frustrated at the current track in the show. SwaSan are married after so many trials and tribulations in their lives, and now Shekar demands that his daughter renounce her husband, whom she adores more than anyone else, loves more than her own life...and for what? Because his other daughter was treated badly by her ex husband? Who happens to be his damaad's cousin?

But what is SwaSan's fault in this? They never supported Lakshya. Why can't Shekar see, that though what Lakshya did was very wrong, surely it is a massive reaction to Ragini's own multiple sins and misdemeanors? Aaargggh that man is such a poor excuse for a father, husband and man in general. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿคข

He should learn something from his damaad!!

I do SO hope that SwaSan and Shomi take a firm, though polite stand with him, that Swara's place is with her husband.

Lots of Love

First of what a lovely piece...like I said yest, cathartic to read but highly utopian as far as execution on screen goes :P

I cringed through yesterday where Shekhar extolled his laado's virtues !! I was wondering if he confused Ragini with Swara in terms of who works for the sukh of whose house ! I was actually happy he got slapped *well maybe Lux doing it was overkill, but still he deserved a slap*

I <3 Swara, Shomi and Sanskaar in this !! They show Shekhar the mirror and so well !! Starting off with Swara's thoughts about how she deserved none of these and basically Ragini probably had some of it coming to Sanskaar asserting his right and finally Shomi's showdown !! brilliant fireworks...and sadly only in your story !! Shomi's conversation is amazing !! In few sentences she shows him exactly how poor a father he is and how he's conveniently gone back on all his words and time and again puts them on the chopping block...kudos !!

I have full faith that Shomi and Swara will shed tears...listen to Shekhar...shed some more tears...listen to Shekhar...shed some more...on and on until Ragini in her cuckoo post suicide life says jaa Swara go to that house...and finally Shekhar will be like agar Laado chahti hai toh !! This time and again sacrificing of the Bose family's happiness when opportunity presents itself is so convenient for the Gs...Ragini was happily maang teeekafying when Swara was sobbing on the old pillow covers ;)

Really a more brainless...spinless...everything less character I haven't seen...but hopefully like your Sanskaar and Shomi...they do have some terse words with him...and say dude...bus..kehdiyana...and make him stop holding their happiness hostage for the alabaster laado *zero hope from Swara*

Thankyou for making my day by writing this... :) ๐Ÿค—

P.S : Technically lux and Ragini should be cell mates or asylum mates for all that they've done till date...i wonder when someone will make that decision ! ๐Ÿ˜†

Hey Priya...๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿค—

Thanks a ton for this lovely comment. I really wanted to write this drabble---I typed it out in less than 2 hours flat on Monday, despite having a presentation for Tuesday that I had to prepare. ๐Ÿ˜† Just couldn't resist the cathartic experience! But yes, I agree with you---its completely utopian to expect anything like this being portrayed in the show itself. ๐Ÿ˜•

Its really high time Sanskaar and Swara took a firm stand with Shekar. I know they wouldn't ever cross certain lines with elders, they aren't made that way. But they can be respectful and polite, while at the same time being very firm, that they did nothing wrong; they are deeply in love with each other, and are lawfully married. Twice over, in fact---as the previous mariage was never legally dissolved. Legally ans socially, they are married twice over at least---and by certain ancient rites, even that first sindhoor marriage might be considered a wedding, though perhaps it might not have a cast iron legal sanction. But married 2.5 or 3 times ๐Ÿ˜‰, irrevocably and utterly in love with each other, and still having to stay apart? Nonsense!!

I would SO want to see Shomi taking a firm stand to protect Swara's happiness, too. She has opposed Shekar's wrong, misguided decisions in the past, so why not now?

Let's hope! But I fear you are very right, the serial is going to show episode after episode of tears, agony and separation, till the point where either Ragini discovers she's pregnant with Lakshya's baby; or Ragini finally redeems herself, by insisting Swara return to Maheshwari House. Shekar will, as always, only listen to his precious, innocent as a wee lamb Laado!

Viji... ๐Ÿค— Thanks for writing this ...especially in this crap segments..

You very well described all the emotions of swara & her pain crushing between her husband & father...the newly wedded couple going through this phase is unbearable...

Shekar...brainless & Spineless creature...always thinks about his laado ki kushi , never thought of swara...never done any fatherly duty towards swara...i'm very that shomi spoke up for her shona...i wish this to see in show too..

Sanskaar...well now he has every right to meet his legally wed wife... I adore them both very much

My fav part...swara convincing her father but not hurting him..

Very well written...thanks a lot for giving us this & saving us from torturous feelings we were getting since yesterdays segments...

Keep writing..
Suhasini

Hey Suhasini my dear...๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿค—

Thanks so very much for your amazing comment. So glad you loved this take on the current plotline. I fear we won't get this on the serial, but this is what I would dearly like SwaSan and Shomi to do.

I agree with you completely. By what right is Shekar ordering Swara to renounce Sanskaar? For what reason? They have not done anything wrong. It was Lakshya's mistake, and that too, it was a massive, disproportionate response to Ragini's own multitude of sins and misdemeanors for which she has never really repented or redeemed herself till date.

SwaSan are lawfully married, and are completely and irrevocably in love with each other. I SO want to see Swara and Sanskaar respectfully, but very firmly telling Shekar that they need and deserve to be together.

Shomi has opposed Shekar when he took wrong decisions in the past, so she really needs to do this now, to ensure her daughter's happiness.

Thanks again dear

Lots of Love,

---Viji

Hahaha you got me. Of course this is fairly wishful thinking darling. I don't expect this would happen in the serial, not so soon anyway. They will show Swara weeping buckets of tears, Sanskaar being all depressed and angst ridden, Shomi wringing her hands in distress but not opposing her husband firmly...and the list goes on.

What bugs me is, Shomi opposed Shekar's wrong decision in the past, so why not now?

Hahaha I don't not trust Swara as such yaar. ๐Ÿ˜† I just felt even if she opposed her Dad, she will be circumspect about it, as any daughter would be. I would love to see her telling Shekar respectfully but very firmly, that she and her husband love each other, and haven't done anything wrong. They deserve to be together, so why part them?

I wanted to give Shomi the starring role in a sense ๐Ÿ˜† As I really want her to show the mirror to her husband. That man is so spineless and gutless even when he is trying/ pretending to be determined and resolute. Arre yaar, he should learn something from his damaad! !!

Lots of Love

Viji

But he is doing exactly that Viji. He is learning from his daamaad! Just like him he is thick skinned, brainless, shameless, stupid, wussy. You see Swara isnt really his daughter so Sanskaar is not his daamad. His daughter is Ragini & he is copying Laksh magnificently๐Ÿ‘

Viji you just made my day with this drabble seriously i loved it from the core of my heart ๐Ÿค—. I loved every bit of this drabble.

I just hate shekhar how can he decide anything actually i think he is selfish he was only thinking about ragini and not about swara.
I really felt bad for swasan

Viji you have written there painful journey very well when they were not together. Sharmista promising to her daughter that everything will be fine was very well written.

Swasan meeting ๐Ÿ˜ณ i just loved that seriously viji you nailed it and their hug was awesome ๐Ÿ‘

I like sharmishta when she payback to shekhar because he was needed to listen all this thing. By his wife.

Last part when swasan was going to their home was superb

Viji you just nailed it with this drabble ๐Ÿ‘

Hey Sujay my dear buddy ๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿค—

Thanks so much yaar, it felt so very nice to hear you loved this drabble, and the SwaSan moments when they meet. I can just imagine them getting so lost in each other, in that hug!

I really want to see them telling Shekar politely but very firmly, that they need to be together, they deserve to be together. They haven't done anything wrong, and in fact, they are lawfully married, completely and irrevocably in love with each other! Why should they be kept apart for something which Lakshya and Ragini are responsible for?

I do SO want to see Shomi also taking a firm stand, telling Shekar he is doing something wrong. She has opposed his misguided actions in the past, so why not now?

Thanks again, pal!

Lots of Love,

You have just penned down the heart felt wishes and hopes of Swasan's fans.

Thank you.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿค—

Hey Geet ๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿค—

Thanks so much dear, glad you loved this drabble a lot.

I'm wondering the same thing---why on earth SwaSan have to suffer for other's misdeeds. Haven't they undergone so many trials and tribulations of their own?

I frankly don't know about the serial---I fear we will be in for a long drawn out separation track, till such time either Ragini redeems herself by persuading Shekar to let Swara go to Maheshwari House, OR Ragini discovers she is pregnant with Lakshya's baby.

But I really did want to see SwaSan taking a polite but firm stand with Shekar, telling him quite respectfully that they need and deserve to be together. And I really want to see Shomi telling Shekar very firmly that she cannot let him play with their daughter's life like this.

Lots of Love,

---Viji

Hi Viji..
How relieving this drabble is.
The way you penned down Swara's thoughts, emotions at her maternal place was so moving that I had tears in my eyes imagining that..

That was so unfair to Her...but given the way how biased Shekher had been from very start when it comes to chose between Swaragini, this was expected...But someone really need to put some sense in his brain...

And I am proud the way Sharmishta did that...She realised that it is high time she have to stand for her daughter and son in law...

They should not suffer anymore for others misdeeds...

I am in love with her portrayal in every story of yours...

Finally coming to our swasan, I have no words to express how beautifully you have penned down their dreams, longing, bond, trust and their eternal love!

Just loved this whole drabble!

Superb job dear!
Thank you for this and pm!

Hey Mukta ๐Ÿค—

Thanks so very much dear, so glad you loved this Drabble OS.

Your words about my portrayal of the SwaSan bond---their love, faith and yearning for each other, made me feel so very happy.

I really want to see this sequence in the show. I can't understand how or why SwaSan can be kept apart for an issue which is not their responsibility at all? The problem was between Lakshya and Ragini---and both of them have been at fault, at different times and to different degrees. Why should SwaSan pay the price for that?

They are lawfully married, and are completely and irrevocably in love with each other...I would love to see them respectfully but firmly tell Shekar, that have every right to be together. And I really want Shomi to take a firm, strong stand in support of her daughter. She has opposed Shekar's misguided and wrong decisions in the past, so why not now?

@Bold : ๐Ÿคฃ 2.5 times !!! I think Sanskaar and Swara have to be married at least 42 times to get 'universal' approval !!

Man any pregnancy track will be the worst...they've already near absolved Ragini of any previous wrong doings...with baccha that will surely go out of the window !! That character needs a redemption track not a victim track !! They will theb appeal to Lakshya's inner Shekhar and woo his big laado for arrival of his small laado...*may as well gouge my eyes out*

P.S. : Love how Shruti (Lannister) says Shekhar learns from his damaad Lakshya...satyavachan !!

Hey Lucky sweetheart ๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—

Thanks so much dear. Yeah, I also don't really think this would happen in the serial. But this is something I would so dearly love to see. Shekar has absolutely no right at all, to ask Swara to renounce Sanskaar. Is he mad? SwaSan are lawfully married, and are completely, irrevocably in love with each other. They took no part in Lakshya's plan; and in fact Ragini herself has done so many wrongs against Lakshya and the Maheshwari family. Why should they be punished like this?

I SO want to see Shomi taking a firm stand in support of her daughter. She has opposed Shekar's wrong decisions in the past, so I do hope she would do so now, too.

That "Mangalam Bhagwan Vishnu" chant is so powerful na? I also think of SwaSan and their sindhoor marriage scene, whenever I hear it. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

I'm too much frustrated with the situation our SwaSan will go through!!!

Hadd hoti hain yaar! Raita dusre failate hain aur suffer SwaSan ko karni padti hain! Why? Every single time they had to suffer & bear unbearable pains bcoz of others mistakes, actions specially Sanskaar!! And this is happening again now!
Upar se ye Shekhar! Unbelievable creature! Why the hell he stopped Sanskaar from consoling his lawfully wedded wife? What the hell is he thinking? What is Sanskaar's fault? Why he is punishing Sanskaar & in a way Swara for the crimes Laksh & in a way Ragini committed? He should be grateful that he got a Damaad like Sanskaar who always not just supported Swara but her family also in every situation! Bt no he is separating these two souls who are very much in love & went through hell to be with each other & got married few hours ago after bearing so many pains!!!
I loved the way you potray Swara. She loves & respects her father & concerned for her sister Bt she took stand for Sanskaar & their relationship, sacred bond as well <3
Bt I doubt the Swara in the show! I know she will want Sanskaar by her side but would she protest against her father for insulting Sanskaar & forbidding him to come to meet Swara! After today's sgs, we know that Swara was crying & missing Sanskaar & he will come to meet her secretly and they will hug & console each other ( Thank GOD for small mercies) Bt I want Swara to take a stand & try to do something for her & Sanskaar!
Bt trust Swara, her most priorities will be her family (Which is justified) & her EHMPB!
I have no problem with her going Baadi after the wedding & staying there bcoz no person can't enjoy & spend happy moments when their family is going through hell & father got insulted, slapped in front of everyone! Bt I will appreciate if she think about Sanskaar as well.
I love your Shomi as well Bt I afraid she will also do nothing & will concentrate only in Ragini.
It's good that Shekhar is concentrating on Ragini & thinking about her when she is in mortal, life threatening danger - though she invited everything herself - Bt he should not neglect his other daughter and her happiness which he did before already!!!
Viji dear, love you for this (As per Sanskaar's rule: No sorry, no thank you...So love you) Bcoz I also needed to vent out!
PS: When it comes to SwaSan & that too written by you, can't wait for PM ;)

Hey Nupur sweetheart ๐Ÿค— ๐Ÿค—

Thanks so much for this comment.

I know exactly how you feel---I am also feeling utterly dismayed and frustrated at the way they are making SwaSan endure this separation now. It is so unfair, unjust and completely illogical. They haven't done anything wrong, they are lawfully married, and they love each other completely! Why punish them by separating them, when the problem is between RagLak? And between SheLak? ๐Ÿ˜†

I really hope Swara will take a respectful, but firm stand with Shekar that she needs to be with her husband. Sanskaar too, needs to politely but strongly tell his father in law, that he is completely entitled to be with his wife!

As for Shomi, she has opposed Shekar's wrong decisions in the past. I do SO want to see her taking a strong stand for her daughter's happiness now.

Thanks again dear,

Lots of Love,

---Viji
