Sure Sakshi...😊 It will have some angst...but you know me...I want SwaSan together fast. 😉 And I don't acknowledge the resurrected Kavita track at all. 😆 As far as I am concerned, she is a pleasant memory of a past love in Sanskaar's mind. That's all.

So full of yearning and romance, yet tranquil in a sense...

Lots of Love,

Loved all the songs you mentioned in your notes...and yes this song suits them perfectly under those circumstances.

I was recently reading In Company of a Poet (In Conversation with Gulzar) where he describes how Jeetendra initially did not like Beete na Bitaye Raina. Gulzar's point was a what else will a father who has fought with his family and earned little less give his only daughter. He gives her what he has, his music...with this song he passes on his legacy. Jeetendra was skeptical (he wasn't sure how it would be received) and made Amitabh listen to the song. Apparently Amitabh was so overwhelmed on listening to it, he started crying. This sealed J's decision to keep the song in the film. What an amazing anecdote na :)

Bhairavi and Kaapi (I think the hindustani equivalent is Pilu) are my favourite raags.

Chingari Koi Bhadke being my favourite set to the former.

Will be here when you decide to write your next angsty TS :) and ditto about the show putting us in a crabby mood (I think cancerian or not, that emotion is universal. A Leo is telling you that ;))

Wow...that indeed is a lovely anecdote. Thanks for sharing that one. Beeti Na Bitayi Raina is an extremely moving song. I can keep listening to it N number of times. Lata Ji was just stupendous in that song...

My favorite Raags are Yaman Kalyan (I learned Carnatic in violin, so it was called Yamuna Kalyani), and Sindhu Bhairavi.

I'll surely pm you when I'm ready to post my next. May take some time though.

You are a Leo huh? Fire sign isn't it? 😊

Cheers

Hi Rayab...🤗 🤗

Thanks a ton dear. So very happy that you loved this piece so much.

I don't have another drabble right now. 😛 But preparing for a longer work, probably a 3S. Would take some time though, as I am not setting it in the serial plotline. Kind of planning it as a alternate take, not linked to the serial; but keeping the essence of the characters the same.

Shall definitely pm you as soon as it's ready.

Cheers

Hey Shruti sweetheart...🤗 🤗 🤗

SO glad that you loved this drabble about their warm moments together, in those lovely days of their "pretend marriage". 😊

I recorded watched the episode, fast forwarding quite a few bits...it still gave me a heartache and a headache. 🤢 So much of unnecessary MU...Anyway, I still refuse to acknowledge the existence of this resurrected (zombie! 😛) Kavita, so it makes it easier for me to tune out this part of the plot! 😆

About this drabble--I am fairly obsessed with sunrises and sunsets you see. 😉 So I can't resist putting them in occasionally in my Fics. Thanks for all your kind words about my description.

Is Mod Se...is an awesome song, nai? I just get lost in dreamland whenever I listen to it (which is fairly often 😆). That and Ehsaan Tera Hoga Mujhpar...and those other songs I mentioned in the footnote, are all favorites of mine.

I couldn't help but think that those fabulous lines by Gulzaar saab are so apt for SwaSan. I would so love to see Sanskaar singing this to Swara sometime in the serial. On their next date, perhaps? Without the devils snapping at their heels? 😊

Oh you MUST listen to the latest version of Aaj Phir Tumpe...I would say it is one of the few songs, where the re done version beats the original, and that too by a long shot. Arijit is simply outstanding, and Samira is good, too.

I wanted to show that these two feel that sense of belonging, of being home in its truest, best sense; when they are with each other. So, so happy you loved that. SwaSan really are meant to be na? They complete and complement each other so beautifully.

Would love to write more drabbles yaar...but at the moment have written all that I had the ideas for. I've been working on an AU 3-Shot for SwaSan, which has a fair bit of angst. But seeing the way the serial plot is going, I haven't had the heart to pen it down the way I want to...I am feeling too angsty to write too much angst. 😛 Does that make sense? 😕

Anyway, once some sunshine streams back onto SwaSan land in the serial, I hope to post my 3S. And then maybe will go back to lighter drabbles. I'll PM you as always, whenever I do.

Thanks again Shruti! As always, your feedback means a lot to me. 🤗 🤗

Good record & watch. Must not contribute to the TRPs at all She is everywhere Viji. Na onscreen peecha chodti hai na offscreen 😭 Everywhere you go she is there in your face!🤢

And while your angsty writing will make sense, still like you said this is no time for additional angst. The show is providing that in spades. We need more of these light hearted moments to make us smile 😊

Ehsaan Tera Hoga Mujhpar is a masterpiece. I so love it. Both the male & female versions are beautiful 😳 Actually I like almost all songs from that movie.
