Lakshya was pretty satisfied with his step. He realised this was the only right way to counter her. He actually first time realised that though ragini was fake but for him she was like a true friend...before the truth came out...he did miss her friendship..how he wished he could still trust her. He missed the innocent...the one who understood his pain...cared for him,worried for her. Alas..that was all a blatant lie.,a lie which changed the equations of his whole life,his personality,his love,his outlook,his fun nature..while going to his room he saw sanky room door open. He stood there deciding to enter or not. But then he entered and saw sanky holding the broken blank frame with teary eyes.He knew his brother too well that he would show a strong front and a confidence...but right this moment his brother really needed a support..a shoulder and a true guidance may be... only a lil push..his strong brother was utterly broken and he couldn't see that.
L went over to S. He took out a hanky and handed it in his hand. S was surprised to see L there in his weak moment and then he looked at the hanky.
L: cry bro..cry...I don't stop u. Sometimes it's necessary to relive ourselves.
S saw the adamancy in L face. He really was weak ATM. Without a,word he took the hanky..suddenly the tears we're having a free fall...There was a few min silence between two brothers. L was silently watching the dark sky in a brooding manner and giving his brother privacy to she'd tears. After a few long min of total utter silence...
S: Thanx L
L: y??
S: for giving me my lost bro,my strength back. I really missed you bro..really missed you.
L turning around and facing S...tightly hugs him and both of them remain same way for just few min which felt like years yo them.
L: I too missed you bro..I too missed you a lot. I was lost and now am back.
S: y r u yet awake???
L: just for the reason which you or. Both together say Swara.
There's pin drop silence. Both staring each other.
L: y did u turn coward bro? Y did u turn weak.?? U have done wrong to her...she loves u like crazy...and u love her like mad. Don't deny that coz am not buying it.
S: Fair or unfair I don't know. But am actually fed up of swara acting mahaan and sacrificing all the time. This time I want
her to stand for herself and not leave it on destiny,fate.
L: do u really think she will do that. ? Am afraid knowing her..she may sacrifice herself once again.
S: This is what am afraid of. But am sure L she will come to
me by herself when she will realise.
L: But the path you chose is wrong. Then what about kavita. Now that u r engaged. U shouldn't have done that. How will u explain to her.
S: I don't know how I agreed to it. But I do feel responsible for her..she doesn't gave anyone besides me. and moreover nobody gave me time to even think...I just flowed with the moment.
L: flowed with the moment??? Not once you realised how much pain u r causing to urself and swara.!! Will u be able to live happily ever with kavita if swara doesn't...
S: I have loved kavita. Once. And may be I can do that again...
L: and here I thought it was again ragini who masterminded
this swasan breakup..
S: Somethomes I feel L ragini is too much on ur mind. We all know her obsession for you..but ur talks and blaming her for everything..seems like you too ate getting obsessed with her..
L is left speechless with a strange expression hearing this. This was impossible. Then he felt s laughing.
S: Relax I was just kidding.. but ur reactions show...anyway..I really want to ask you something..
L what???
S: Do u still love swara???
L: bro just like you feel for kavita...
S looks down guiltyly..
L: but bro am truly happy for us and wish u clear this soup and get her back in your life before it's too late. Think about what I said...I never got a n other chance but u are getting one...if u let this go and keep on waiting..u might never get an other one..please...rest is your decision.
S is really surprised at the calm ,sincere L. He hasn't realised L had matured so much...he was no more the brash,naughty,careless,weak L. He looked...like...his thoughts looked like...that of Ragini when she was his friend. Strange...his talks felt like...had L moved on...ciz what he was saying made real sense..and the old ragini would have talked exactly the same...he was confused talking to this L. Had they two gone so faraway from each other that he hadn't realised this change in his younger brother...
L: OK S... think about and don't waste any time...I can never see swara hurt..and if you be the cause...am afraid to lose you both...u still have time..make your move...and it felt so good talking to you...after so long
S: before you go...y did u even go with ragini to her house?? Don't give up L..she's not worth you...but the way am watching from few days...have u really accepted her as ur wife????
L: I don't know the answer myself...just what I know is I have learnt to deal with her..am stuck with her...and it's better that I accept her...she loves me crazily...and I think I should give her a chance...
S: R U SERIOUS???
L turned away...walked towards the door...without looking back at S...he says..
L: may be...may be not...good night...and with that he closed the door and walks towards his room where he knew his utterly beautiful wife must be waiting for him. AFTER many days he felt relaxed,lively as if a burden was released...he had missed his brother very much...talking to him was a medicine for him and he knew it was same for S as well..but he knew one thing was he couldn't share his plan with anyone..if he had to succeed...silently whistling he moved towards his room...
