Okay what am I supposed to do with you? I am hooked and booked to this fiction as if my life depends on it, I don't mind but it's just that I losing my head over it! Definitive proof: I am dreaming about my Gaby boy! Not that I complain but it leaves me weak-in-the-knees and that too in front of my professors...so yeah you know my plight!
Anyways I have loads to speak out so bear with me!!
Chapter 32
Gosh I so adore the banter! To imagine all that must be going through Gaby okay scratch that, Sanskaar's head is honestly noteworthy. See I told you the siren that Miss Bose is also happens to be a loveable congenial idiot and you've got to love her for that. A three-year-old trapped into the body of a 23 year-old...sounds like me although I don't have a muse called Gabriel/Sanskaar sitting beside me! Oh how I wish that were the case.
And Bon Jovi turns Birju Maharaj! That was hilarious!!! How did you even come up with that Nimmi? I can swear my face split in a grin the moment i read it and next it was a full blown laughter imagining Bon Jovi dancing to dhai sham rokk leyi...
And of course the phone: Samsung Galaxy S6 that Gaby so unceremoniously destroyed. Geez, I have to second Swara here! While I am mostly technologically challenged, I do admire the beauty that is Samsung Galaxy S6! I had a Grand Quattro, that was months back...now I am forced to make do with a Nokia taintees sau!! Ain't good!
And did I ever tell you that I adore the game of chess? There is no game on this planet that can instigate the devil in you to come to the fore, and here we have the devil playing the game all by himself. If this isn't interesting then mark my words nothing else on this planet can be interesting! My father is an excellent chess player and my formal training is all set to begin...so my love for this intense game is now bubbling uncontrollably! What I loved even more was the fact that Gabriel has his game plan set and rolling out in motion. I remember reading a line from Chanakya's Arthashashtra: War is nothing but deception...if you are prepared, pretend you are unprepared and if you are unprepared pretend you are ready to strike! Gabriel seems to have this under his skin.
The way he has his enemies mind under sheer control is commendable! Even if he is an assassin with a soul that is abraded he has to applauded and given due credit for his sharp, double edged mind! Nimmi...this baby here is all that sets my imagination aflame! I love you more for that and I love this Gaby boy as well!
Also, Swara...gosh this girl is surprising both Gaby and me! The way she has torn herself completely to depend on Gabriel is both amazing and dangerous in equal measures. She is crawling under his skin and subconscious and I love it. Changes happen in subtle way but the moment they land on you your whole world flips and I am clearly seeing that happen here!
Chapter 33
Hahahahahaha...Oh my good god! What was that? Why would Gabriel tag Swara along knowing well that this girl attracts troubles like flowers attract bees! Leaving her back home would have been better, well for his Level 2 mission that got washed away like footprints in the sand.
And what is happening with two of them? Both rubbing off on each other? One turning bright with criminology and the other seeping to grey from black...interesting, brilliantly interesting sweetie! The mountain climbing, oh the thrills that this sport gives you! I used to go trekking some eons ago that is, I still love and cherish the feel that is used to give me. Swara baby seems to be on the same line, oh Gaby boy...how could you not see that coming? She rescued you from that untameable sea, of course she can meander over a rock for you. So, someone is impressed...what or rather who is screwing your head dear Angel?
Swara chose her battle carefully this time, staying back and waiting for the gory task to finish on itself. A wise decision indeed. Watching a mutilated, lifeless body is one thing...seeing the process in front of you is another. Good girl! Her brain is spinning sense at the right time.
And next is probably my favorite out of the update. That trifling wait, okay fine it couldn't culminate into a desired ending but yes that was SOMETHING!! How Nimmi, how? How exactly did you manage to create a character this flawed and this murderously accurate, what were you on, when you began with Angel? I have to write this that he is the perfect grey that I have stumbled across so far. Intense black when he is doing what he does best and perfect grey when he is down to his sober self. Nimmi...I could honestly kiss you for this!!
And then the expected twist, I kind of knew that Swara will land into a trouble. Being a trouble magnet that she is it would be a miracle of humongous degree if she would have got out just like that. She had to fall and call and the guardian angel was there to flap his wings to her. Could it get any better? Oh yes, you just had to make it better, Gabriel dashing in with his flawed armor, making a pulp out of the intruder and then listening to the words of his kitten...Geez!! the feels it gives you! Jhappiyaan and pappiyaan for you!!
The unexpected part was landing of Saabji aka Durga Prasad Maheshwari. Okay I feel like a fool to not have seen this coming. He isn't the head of underworld for nothing!! How could I not see this coming? The man who practically had Gabriel invented would not know about his precious gem being missing, I feel like a gadhi...but then that was AWESOME! The way he thundered at Apte, moi fell in love with the taklu! Majja aavi gayo!
P.S. That hero of the B'wood town reference cracked me up!!
Chapter 34
Okay, let me give you a declaration. I have this terrible aversion to romantic stuff especially if they come wrapped in fluffy pinky stuff. I don't like romance and the stuff when it comes crashing like a tidal wave, I like the subtle but definite crawling of it. That is what happens in life, you never will have these emotions bombarding you with their presence it will come at its pace even if that means it will crawl like a tortoise to reach you. I love the subtle way everything is happening him caring for her, her reciprocation, their growing sense of awareness of each other and of course the dynamics that is changing at slow but steady pace.
On the inside these two are practically one and the same, focused as to where they'd like to be and how they'd get there. On the outside there is huge chasm of difference that these two have. Not just the job profile but also on dealing with the emotions that seems to be on the rise. One is surrendering herself to what seems like an engulfing storm and the other is resisting it with full force. None is going to win that is for sure, but how the defeat comes is what I wish to see. They care for each other is the first alarm bell that they have blissfully ignored, now only time will tell if this leads them ashore or drowns the two!
Waise Lakshya ka kya hoga kaaliya??
