Hi Simi! 🤗

Happy new year to you too sweetie!

Thanks so much for reading and liking and for your lovely words of appreciation. I am happy you felt all those aspects came through in a way you could relate to and glad you liked the irony of Swara's devrani mission, I had to stick that to Ragini for her hated jethani jibes recently on the show! SwaSan being liked always rewards me 😃

Love,

Hey Kawal!

Thank you so much for this! You are always too kind. I am really pleased that you liked this story so much and felt that I did justice to the characters in it. We are all learning I feel, i certainly am! Whenever I get published I'll send you one of the first copies 😆. But seriously though, your making me 😳 and I thank you for your support and encouragement. I am blessed to have met so many lovely friends on this forum and the writing is one of my greatest pleasures.

I loved the Kaveri and Sanskaar Conversation. He is ruthless when it comes to protecting people he loves. You harm the person he loves, he would render you helpless within moments. I loved how he closed all the loose ends and made sure that kaveri has means of reaching his family.

Ragini is now paying for all her actions with a punishment worst than her death. I actually felt bad for her.
SwaSan as always were magical I can imagine Sanskaar fussing over swara and Swara getting irritated with him for fussing too much.

Hello Raksha 🤗

Thank you so much and for your comments on the other parts too. I am thrilled you've enjoyed this so much. I deliberately wanted Sanskaar to confront Kaveri, exactly as you say he will not forgive and forget someone harming his family, especially his Swara. I had originally intended a conversation between him and Ragini but felt it would be overkill given what actually befell Ragini, so abandoned that idea. So glad you thought I did justice to the loose ends.

Thank you and please keep reading my ramblings, it makes me very happy!

Love, Shru X

Thank you for this considered comment like always, you know how much I like reading your take. Whilst you say that you found the end of part 3 obvious, a lot of readers felt that Ragini had been killed off and I did leave it drafted that way:).

Ah yes re those words by GRRM! That is exactly how a writer approaches a character. Positive, negative, grey, indifferent- each one is like a child to the author- they are their creations and whatever fate befalls them the aim is to make the reader relate, be that in making one fall in love, hate or whatever other emotion we wish to inspire through that character. I am therefore really glad you felt that with Ragini. When I set out to write this as you may recall I was furious at Ragini and wanted a fate worse than death for her, which I sketched out. However by the end of it, I myself couldn't feel satisfied in that. You can imagine that writing the whole thing out turned out to be rather gruelling especially once Kaveri was dispensed with too. Ragini is a study in wasted potential and a truly tragic soul in her way. I too have never been able to really relate to Dadi.
Kaveri did morph the way you say for me too. By the end, I was tired of her victim complex and like I wrote to Vrinda, it made me feel that she needed to be accountable.

Haha you like the idea of our hero like that huh?

AdRi 😆 Seriously they have actual interaction and dialogues?! Wow!

So happy you like the SwaSan romance 😳. Lol Viji wanted a trip there and you want more! :). Well there will be more in the honeymoon diaries I must get to at some point but at the moment the present track makes it harder to focus on that amount of bliss 😭

Re the PS: don't know if you read my reply to you on the precious part? I have read almost all of JA's works, just like Sidney Sheldon and yes Honour Amongst Thieves was one of my faves. I mentioned my additional connection with The Clifton Chronicles there. I like how he uses biblical phrases like the sins of the fathers and other well known adages too like honour amongst thieves to construct such intriguing plots and titles.

Lots of love as ever xoxo

Yes i had read ur reply in d previous thread re Jeffrey Archer, Bristol n clifton chronicles. Must b great revisiting a place through ur fav author once more! 😳 Archer is a brilliant author n his prisoner of birth is an absolute fav book of mine.

Sidney Sheldon is another master story teller.

First of all I am very sorry for not keeping up with your updates 😭
But today I got a little time for myself and i read all the parts of your restitution
Series slowly and with great concentration...

I've stopped watching the serial from a long back but I try to keep myself updated from the OLV's...though I had always had the sisterhood as my preference of watching the daily soap but gradually I felt connected to ''SwaLak'' and then the CVS dashed it out..I was heartbroken as of then and afterwards I started shipping SwaSan and now also the drama of seperating the couple is on hike..I really felt disgusted and now this disgust has made me ban swaragini off my TV screen..

Sorry for taking my criticisms all out without any reason but I really need to accept this that your writings are the way up of hope and encouragement for me..your stories always make me smile and take a sigh of hope and trust over the stupid plot that thereafter SwaSan will unite 😊...I after reading the final part of the series really watched the repeat telecast today...shru you don't know how much I missed your stories when I was busy and inactive.. I am feeling very happy today 😃

Your stories are so soothing and subtle... the characters you explained in the last chapter ''Parvati'' ''kaveri'' are all mind blowingly composed...and a little treat of SwaSan in the end was delighting 😊 ...

Loved your work all through 😃

Your mesmerizing stories are true treats for us...

Hey Esha 🤗

Please don't apologise, I totally understand, I'm currently time pressed myself and not able to comment on posts and stories as much as I would like to. I really appreciate you taking the time despite your commitments to read and leave me such wonderfully heartening feedback! So firstly thank you for that.

Oh wow! I didn't realise you used to watch from so long ago and actually are a converted SwaLak shipper! I am so irritated myself that SwaSan had to be separated whereas they hadn't even got together properly yet! What is wrong with these CVs? Why don't they show something, anything positive ever? Sick of the constant negativity.

Oh please feel free to rant anytime, I survive on my sessions with friends here! You've said some of the nicest things ever to me about my writing 😳😳. I'm humbled you think so much of my efforts! It makes it all worthwhile. You say you feel happy but you've made me doubly so dear friend! Bless you!

I am glad you can connect to the stories, they are very dear to me and my almost constant companions! What a lovely quote! I shall add it to my collection if that's ok?

Lots of love to you xoxo

Bristol is a special place for me:), some of my best memories of the U.K.are connected to it. I only realised how much I loved university once I left! Oh yes! Prisoner of Birth is a great book, it's been ages since I read it. Love Sidney Shelton and also Wilbur Smith's works on Africa, as its my birth country and I feel he really understands the deep spirit of Africa which isn't easy to capture. My favourite authors are myriad but some of these works I grew up with and it was common to find me hiding novels amongst study texts even during exam times 😆 so I can't forget them:)

Hey Kawal,

I'll certainly get my thinking cap on to see what I can think of for my next project. My vague idea is to do something totally different this time for me and work on an actual SS in parts and base this on an entirely different version from the show. The present track is so frustrating it's giving me a headache. I need to really sort my thoughts on Kavita and decide how to deal with her but I doubt I will be forced to soon enough for my own sanity!
Thanks so much for this request!

Hi Shru...🤗
I really have no idea how I can start apologizing as I have not yet commented on something so brilliant. But in my defense I had been very busy, the year started on a hectic note for me and nowadays my studies require me moving between two cities constantly and the journey almost kills me. So I hope you would forgive me this time.

I haven't yet commented on part three, I will once I have done my duty here.
So coming to this one. When I read the first few lines I knew we're about to see Ragini, well, that condition she is in is pitiable but surprisingly I feel a relief and somewhat pleasure...that was monstrous but after what she had done to absolute innocents she deserve this. And I'm glad the gods punished her before Sanskar could, at least he didn't have to dirty his hands in making her pay for her deeds.

Coming to Kaveri, with your excellent portrayal I have came to understand her better and I'm glad she was not granted the relief of finally claiming her son, Adarsh was right in his place. The woman got the best punishment in many ways, and now she has finally came to know the truth and repents, it is a good thing. However I sympathize with her a tiny bit, she was a victim in some places but her last battle was totally wrong.

The part where Sanskar met her, where you said what made her unforgivable in his eyes was her aid in Ragini's attempt to murder Swara and the way he walked away leaving an eternal darkness for her to suffer in...I felt that part strongly!

Coming to Adarsh and Annapurna, love is complex, it sometimes require no legal, blood or otherwise bonds to bind two people and I saw the same reflected between this mother and son, it was wonderful to read.

Coming to the end of rainbow, Sanskar and Swara in their finally attained Happily ever after is a treat to read. You're a master when it comes to portrayals of love and you've done your bit perfectly this time as well.

I can go on, but I need to comment on the third part too and I have only half an hour more of this freedom. So I will stop it here. I'm sorry for my lateness once more.

loads of love,
Sakura

Hey Sakshi sweetheart 🤗

Aww such nice words for me, thank you so much!

Yes I must admit by the end even I was moved to compassion for Ragini, despite having started off not having thought anything I could do to her would be enough for what she's done to SwaSan. She is truly deranged in my head and thus there was no redeeming her, she needed to be neutralised forever.

My Kaveri seems to have evoked a lot of varied and interesting reactions, that's such a pleasure as a writer to read!

It felt good to give AdRi some focus, always lacking on the show and yes, I felt in my version Annapurna deserved that acceptance as it takes a truly strong woman to accept another's child and not discrimate against it to his detriment.

I am so thrilled to read your take on how you felt I portrayed SwaSan in the end! I sense a writer somewhere in you Sakshi? I have never been wrong so far with anyone on this forum and you can always tell from the way people interact with you where there is that potential even if they say they don't write 😳.

Sakshi- I am a huge HP fan!! You will have seem me sometimes use the quotes and I have a very well thumbed and much read love for my HP collection!

Lots of love xoxo

I don't think I can write😳.Thank you for your sweet words though🤗. But I'm glad to find another Harry Potter fan! U've read Naina's FF- The Love Potion?
