Very nice, Saku. Both the past and the present---Poison & Elixir--have been written beautifully.

Lakshya---what do I say about him. Spineless, brainless, characterless waste of space. Ragini at least is a conniving, Machiavellian, evil genius. Lakshya is just a toad. And he pretends Swara is the Love of his life. 🤢 Didn't he promise to not hazard her health by jolting her fragile mind?

For me, the standout para in this update was

"Believing you were someone's elixir and revealing you were their poison is the most venomous of all feelings. Suddenly every pause in her conversations with her husband seemed to scream, every time he averted his eyes seemed to burn her soul. She had broken him for another and still he was here, letting her break him further."

Loved the fact that Swara feels safe and secure with Sanskaar---though she has started getting memories of their painful past, after being prodded by Lakshya. Wonder what happened in the past: was she really compelled to work against Sanskaar's interests, probably by DP + Adarsh + Lakshya? Or was it all a terrible misunderstanding, probably engineered by Lakshya and/ or Ragini?

I still have a very special soft corner for SQ (and IK, which I consider its prequel), but this is coming close! 😊

Looking forward to the next update, already.
