Hello all, this is my fourth work based on Swasan. I will continue based on the response I get to this one.
This is a sweet and cute college based love story. Let me first give you a character sketch.
**************GIRLS INTRO**********************
Swara Basu: She is a sweet and bubbly girl, from Kolkata. She believes in love at first sights and always love to be in a dreamworld. She just joined her first year of BSc.Computer Science degree in a reputed college in Pune.
Ragini Desai: She is a smart and intelligent girl from Mumbai. Swara's classmate, who also becomes her room mate in the girls hostel and best friend .
Parineeta Dixit: She is a talkative and cute person from Pune itself. She is Adarsh's Girl friend, and she is in Swara and Ragini's class and they become good friends.
***************BOYS INTRO*********************
Sanskaar Deshmukh: He is a smart and handsome boy from Mumbai. He loves to play football. He is in the same college as Swara but in a different class. He is also a first year degree student who just joined the first year of BBA degree course.
Lakshya Ganguly: He is a smart and fun loving boy from Kolkata. Sanskaar's classmate, who also becomes his room mate in the boys hostel and best friend .
Adarsh Lokhande: He is a nice and friendly boy hailing from Pune itself. He is also Sanskaar's classmate and becomes his good friend.

The girl next to her smiled amicably and Swara smiled back.
Girl: Hi...What is ur name?
Sw: Hi...I m Swara..I am from Kolkata.
Girl: (smiling) Oh..I am Ragini...I am from Mumbai..And she is Parineeta..(indicating the girl next to Ragini)
Pa: Hiii Swara..I am from Pune only..
Sw: (nods smiling)Hello Parineeta..

As he was walking through the corridor, every single girl turned to stare at him. Sanskaar Deshmukh, seemed to be unaware of the appreciative looks he was receiving. He located his class and entered into the room. He walked to the back of the classroom and chose a seat at the back row. He smiled warmly at his neighbour and held out his hand to that boy.
Sa: Hi, I am Sanskaar..am from Mumbai..
La: Hi Sanskaar..I am Lakshya..Kolkata se ..
Another boy came and sat beside them. Lakshya and Sanskaar looked at him with friendly smiles.
Ad: Hello guys..I am Adarsh..

In the evening after class, Sanskaar, Lakshya and Adarsh were coming out of the class.
La: Kitna boring day tha yaar...I am glad that it has ended..
Ad: Hey guys..Lets go and meet Parineeta..She will be in her class..I will introduce her to you guys.
Sanskaar: Sorry Adarsh..I m not coming..I am going to play football with these boys...I will catch up with you guys later ok..
Ad: Ok Sanskaar..Come Lakshya, lets go..
By that time, Swara, Ragini and Parineeta had already left the class. Now the three girls were walking along the college grounds. They were passing by the football ground, and Swara's gaze fell on Sanskaar, who was playing football with some boys. She was not very much fond of the game, she was an indoor games type. But still she was watching him play and couldn't take her eyes off him.
Mean while Miss. chatterbox Parineeta was going on talking to them, but Swara was not paying attention, only Ragini was.
Pa: I wanted to see Adarsh...Where is he? He had promised to come and meet me in the evening. OMG..!!..Now I remember, I had told him to come and meet me in our class..I forgot..Ab kya kare..?
Ra: OK then..Lets go back to class.
Both of them started to go back,but Swara stood rooted to the ground, staring at Sanskaar. Ragini knew that Swara was not with them and she turned to look at her.
Ra:Come Swaraa..(shouts) Swaraaa...
Swara was startled when she heard the shout.
Sw: (turns back) Oh..Kya hua Ragini..?
Ragini noticed that she was staring at someone in the football ground.
Ra:(teases)Kya baat hai Swara..?Kis ladke ko dekh rahi ho..?
Just then Sanskaar took a break and ran towards to the place where his college bag was kept. He took out his water bottle and drank some water.
Sw: Can you see that boy drinking water...Isn't he handsome..?
Parineeta and Ragini saw him.
Pa: Handsome toh hain..Chalo uska naam poonchte hain..
Sw:(shocked) Kya..? Nahin Parineeta..Aise kaise hum..
Just then Adarsh saw Parineeta standing there and he and Lakshya came running to her. They had gone to her class and didn't see her there. So they decided to come outside into college grounds.
Ad:Parineeta...(taps her shoulder)
Pa:Oh Adarsh!!I am so sorry..I forgot to wait for you in my class...I was coming to meet you and...
Ad:Its ok Parineeta..Meet my friend Lakshya..Lakshya, this is Parineeta..
Pa & La: Hii(smiles)
Ad:And where is Sanskaar...(looks towards the football ground and loudly calls him)Sanskaaarr...
Sanskaar turned around when he heard Adarsh calling him.
Ad: (beckons to him) Idhar aajaao..Ek minute...
Sanskaar came running to them. Swara thought and smiled to herself, "Sanskaar..nice name..!"
Sa:Kya baat hain yaar..?
Ad:Parineeta, yeh hain Sanskaar..
Sa:Hii..(smiles)
Pa:Hii Sanskaar..(smiles)
Pa:Guys, meet my friends...Yeh hain Ragini aur yeh hain Swara..
They greeted each other. Parineeta looked at Swara and decided to pull her leg.
Pa: Adarsh, Swara keh rahi thi ki usse...(looks at Sanskaar)
Sw:(nudges her with elbow)..ki hum canteen chalte hain...Hain na Parineeta..?
Pa: (chuckles) Haan..Haan
Parineeta winked at Ragini and Ragini smiled widely.
Ad:Why not girls..Let's go..
Sa: Ok...So you guys carry on...I will be there after the game is over..
Swara was disappointed and she watched him run back to the football ground as she joined the others who walked to the canteen.
In the canteen, all of them sat around a table.
Ad:So what will you all have?
Pa:I will have tea..What about you girls?
Swara and Ragini: Coffee
La:Come on Adarsh,Let us go and get everything..
Adarsh and Lakshya went off.
Sw:(giving a nice pinch to Parineeta)Hey..Tum Adarsh se kya kehne jaa rahi thi?
Pa:Aaaggh...(then laughing)Yehi ki tum Sanskaar se pyaar karne lagi ho..!
Sw: Oh my god.. Parineetaa..
Swara's eyes widened and Ragini laughed heartily.
Sw: Aisa kuch nahin hain..haan..! I just think that he is handsome..thats all..
Pa:Hey, I think that Sanskaar is mad about football..Isn't he?
Sw:(angrily)Haan...Woh aur uska football..(looks away)
Pa:Why is Adarsh late?Let me go and see..
She went away and now Ragini was alone with Swara.
Ra:By the way Swara..We have a lot of work to do this evening in our hostel.Our room is all messed up with our luggage, and if we don't tidy it soon,our room mates will kill us.
Sw: Haan..thats right Ragini..Parineeta is so lucky being a dayscholar na..(sadly)I am already missing my Maa-Baba...
At that time Sanskaar came there searching for the boys.

Sanskaar sat near Ragini and Swara was sitting on the other side of Ragini. She watched Sanskaar intently as he was talking.
Sa: It was great..Our team won..So Ragini,tell me where you are from?
Ra:Mumbai.And you..?
Sa:Hey thats cool!!Even I am from Mumbai.And you, Swara..?
Sw: Kolkatta..
Lakshya comes with the tray loaded with coffee and tea and gave it to the girls.
La:Hey even I am from Kolkatta.Wow thats interesting..(Sits near Swara)So you both are staying in the college hostel, right?We both are also staying in the boys hostel.
Adarsh comes with 3 bottles of cooldrinks followed by Parineeta carrying some sandwiches for all.
Ad:Sanskaar, you came.. I already got an extra bottle for you.
Sa:Oh..thanks yaar..You know,we won the game..
La:Thats great!!From tomorrow, I will also come to play.
Ad:Even I will join..So friends what are your plans for the evening..?Shall we all go for a movie?
Ra: No..Today its not possible Adarsh..We have got some work to do... and our hostel in-time is 7:30 pm..Movie will be over only by 8.30 or 9 pm na..?
Pa: Haan..Its ok Adarsh..Lets go for the movie this Saturday..They have outing time from morning till evening..We shall go for the matinee..
Sa:This friday the latest Shahrukh film is going to release..We'll go for that..
Ad:Wow...I can't wait to watch it..All the songs are so nice..Ok..When are you guys coming to my home..?All are invited..Even you Parineeta(laughing)
Pa:HaHaHa...(then angrily)Very funny...I don't need your invitation, Adarsh..Its my home too..(Then to Ragini and Swara)You know..Adarsh and I are childhood friends..Our families are really close..(checking the time) Oh no!!Its already 5 o clock...Mom had told me to reach home at 5.. Some of our relatives are coming today..Oh no!!Bye Bye...I am leaving...(getting up)Adarsh will you drop me please...
Ad:Ok Parineeta...(gets up)Now your mom will scold me too because of you..You always keep forgetting everything..Come on..lets go..Bye Bye friends..See you tomorrow..(Parineeta was running and Adarsh ran after her.)
La:Bye Adarsh..Sanskaar,lets go and play a game of football..
Ra:Come on Swara..We should go to the hostel..We will start our work as early as possible.
Sw and Ra: Bye Lakshya, Bye Sanskaar..
Sa and La: Bye girls...

Swara and Ragini were on their way to hostel. Both of them were walking to their hostel. Even though their hostel was in the college compound, they had to walk a little distance.
Ra: Swara, sach sach batao..tumhe Sanskaar sach mein pasand hain na..Like love at first sight types.
Sw: Nahin toh..(looks away and smiles)
Ra: Jhoot kyun bol rahi ho, Swaraa..mujhse kuch nahin chupa sakti, tum..
Sw: (smiles widely) Haan..I like him..
Ra: Sirf 'like'..?
Sw: (shrugs)Haan.. that is all..
But Swara knew that she was falling for him. Since childhood, she had this dream of her prince charming. She loved fairy tales and ' and the prince and princess lived happily ever after' kind of endings. She believed in love at first sights, and today after meeting Sanskaar, she knew that he was 'the one' for her.
But she was not going to tell Ragini and Parineeta, since she had only met them today.

It was 7 o clock in the morning, next day. Swara was lying fast asleep on her bed in her hostel room. The rays of the morning sun were playing on her face and suddenly she got up from her sleep. Her bed was near the window and someone had left the curtains open.She sat up and mumbled,"who opened these curtains?I had kept them closed yesterday night".She was feeling really tired.Her body was also paining badly.When she looked around, all her room mates except Ragini had gone from the room.Ragini was fast asleep on her bed which was near to Swara's bed.She panicked and checked the time on her bedside alarm clock.It was only 7.10 am.Then only she felt relieved.
She got down from her bed and went to wake up Ragini.
Sw:(Shaking Ragini sligntly)Ragini...Ragini...
Ra:Hmmm...(keeping her eyes closed)
Sw:Ragini..Get up...Its time...
Ra:Kya yaar...Sone do naa...
Sw:Utho...Its already 9 o clock..(still shaking Ragini)
Ra:Oh...Koi baat nahi...hmmm...KYA..??(Opening her eyes suddenly)..
Ragini suddenly got up and ran to her table to take her tooth brush.Then she noticed the time and she got angry.
Ra:What is this Swara?Its only 7.15 and you scared me..
And then Ragini looked at Swara and noticed that she was clasping her head with both her hands. Ragini went and sat beside her.She put her hands around Swara's shoulders.
Ra:Kya hua Swara?You are not feeling well?
Sw: Sir mein bahut dard ho raha hain..I have body pain too..
Ra:(feeling Swara's forehead)Tumhe to bukhaar hain Swara..Ok...I will give you a tablet.
She took a tablet from her bag and gave it to Swara with a glass of water.
Ra: Have it and take rest.There is no need to come to the class today.I will tell the reason to our class teacher.Dont worry...
Swara had the tablet and Ragini helped her to lie down on her bed.Ragini closed the curtains and went downstairs.Swara lied on her bed and thought," Now i won't be even able to see Sanskaar today."
Ragini came to the room with Swara's breakfast and placed it on her bedside table.
Ra: Swara..Have your breakfast and then sleep for sometime.(She helps Swara to get up and starts feeding her)
Sw:Its ok Ragini.I will have it myself.You go and get ready.Otherwise you will be late.(She takes the plate from Ragini)
Ra:Ok..I have told our warden about you.She said that she will take care of you.She has agreed to take your lunch up here in case you are not able to go downstairs in the afternoon.
Ragini took out the rest of the tablets from her bag and kept it on the table.
Ra:I am keeping these tablets here.Have one tablet after your lunch.
Ragini started to get ready. Swara had some of the food, kept the plate on the table and lay down.Ragini was ready to go to college and she saw the plate.
Ra:Why Swara..?You didnt have it fully.
Sw:I can't have more Ragini.Its enough.
Ra:Ok...But, have your lunch properly and don't forget to have the tablet.Now sleep well.I am going...Bye..(she covered Swara with a blanket)
Sw:Byee...
Ragini went to the college.Swara closed her eyes.She fell asleep at once, because she felt really tired.

In the evening, Ragini came to their room and found Swara sound asleep. She thought not to disturb her and changed her dress. After that she also lay on her bed because she was feeling a little tired.
At that time Swara opened her eyes and she saw Ragini who was lying on her bed.
Sw: Ragini, when did you reach?
Ra:(gets up and sits on Swara's bed) I came just now.(feels her head)How are you feeling now?
Sw:I am feeling a little ok now..Head ache has gone..
Ra:Yeah...temperature has lowered now..I think you will be alright by tomorrow..You should have the tablet tonight also.
Sw:Acha..Woh sab chodo..Did you see Sanskaar today..?
Ra:Haan..Woh main tumse kehna hi bhool gayi..Aaj sab baithke dedh saare baatein ki...Maine Sanskaar ke baare mein saare jaankaari li hain...
Sw:Kya??(gets excited and tries to sit up)
Ra:(laughing)Dekha..Sanskaar ka naam sunthe hi tumhare saare bukhaar door ho gayi...
Sw:(blushing)Stop it, Ragini...Now tell me...
Ra:I asked him about his home,family etc etc..His home is in Mumbai...His full name is Sanskaar Deshmukh...He has a younger sister..Her name is Uttara.
His father Durgaprasad is a businessman and his Mom Annapurna is a housewife...
Sw:(laughing)..Ok baba ok..Ab poori biodata sunaaogi kya..?
Ra:Swara.. (laughs)

It was her first day of college and she was nervous, like every first year student would be. She had joined the course of BSc. It was 7 o clock in the morning, next day. Swara was lying fast asleep on her bed in her hostel room. The rays of the morning sun were playing on her face and suddenly she got up from her sleep. Her bed was near the window and someone had left the curtains open.She sat up and mumbled,"who opened these curtains?I had kept them closed yesterday night".She was feeling really tired.Her body was also paining badly.When she looked around, all her room mates except Ragini had gone from the room.Ragini was fast asleep on her bed which was near to Swara's bed.She panicked and checked the time on her bedside alarm clock.It was only 7.10 am.Then only she felt relieved.
She got down from her bed and went to wake up Ragini.
Sw:(Shaking Ragini sligntly)Ragini...Ragini...
Ra:Hmmm...(keeping her eyes closed)
Sw:Ragini..Get up...Its time...
Ra:Kya yaar...Sone do naa...
Sw:Utho...Its already 9 o clock..(still shaking Ragini)
Ra:Oh...Koi baat nahi...hmmm...KYA..??(Opening her eyes suddenly)..
Ragini suddenly got up and ran to her table to take her tooth brush.Then she noticed the time and she got angry.
Ra:What is this Swara?Its only 7.15 and you scared me..
And then Ragini looked at Swara and noticed that she was clasping her head with both her hands. Ragini went and sat beside her.She put her hands around Swara's shoulders.
Ra:Kya hua Swara?You are not feeling well?
Sw: Sir mein bahut dard ho raha hain..I have body pain too..
Ra:(feeling Swara's forehead)Tumhe to bukhaar hain Swara..Ok...I will give you a tablet.
She took a tablet from her bag and gave it to Swara with a glass of water.
Ra: Have it and take rest.There is no need to come to the class today.I will tell the reason to our class teacher.Dont worry...
Swara had the tablet and Ragini helped her to lie down on her bed.Ragini closed the curtains and went downstairs.Swara lied on her bed and thought," Now i won't be even able to see Sanskaar today."
Ragini came to the room with Swara's breakfast and placed it on her bedside table.
Ra: Swara..Have your breakfast and then sleep for sometime.(She helps Swara to get up and starts feeding her)
Sw:Its ok Ragini.I will have it myself.You go and get ready.Otherwise you will be late.(She takes the plate from Ragini)
Ra:Ok..I have told our warden about you.She said that she will take care of you.She has agreed to take your lunch up here in case you are not able to go downstairs in the afternoon.
Ragini took out the rest of the tablets from her bag and kept it on the table.
Ra:I am keeping these tablets here.Have one tablet after your lunch.
Ragini started to get ready. Swara had some of the food, kept the plate on the table and lay down.Ragini was ready to go to college and she saw the plate.
Ra:Why Swara..?You didnt have it fully.
Sw:I can't have more Ragini.Its enough.
Ra:Ok...But, have your lunch properly and don't forget to have the tablet.Now sleep well.I am going...Bye..(she covered Swara with a blanket)
Sw:Byee...
Ragini went to the college.Swara closed her eyes.She fell asleep at once, because she felt really tired.

In the evening, Ragini came to their room and found Swara sound asleep. She thought not to disturb her and changed her dress. After that she also lay on her bed because she was feeling a little tired.
At that time Swara opened her eyes and she saw Ragini who was lying on her bed.
Sw: Ragini, when did you reach?
Ra:(gets up and sits on Swara's bed) I came just now.(feels her head)How are you feeling now?
Sw:I am feeling a little ok now..Head ache has gone..
Ra:Yeah...temperature has lowered now..I think you will be alright by tomorrow..You should have the tablet tonight also.
Sw:Acha..Woh sab chodo..Did you see Sanskaar today..?
Ra:Haan..Woh main tumse kehna hi bhool gayi..Aaj sab baithke dedh saare baatein ki...Maine Sanskaar ke baare mein saare jaankaari li hain...
Sw:Kya??(gets excited and tries to sit up)
Ra:(laughing)Dekha..Sanskaar ka naam sunthe hi tumhare saare bukhaar door ho gayi...
Sw:(blushing)Stop it, Ragini...Now tell me...
Ra:I asked him about his home,family etc etc..His home is in Mumbai...His full name is Sanskaar Deshmukh...He has a younger sister..Her name is Uttara.
His father Durgaprasad is a businessman and his Mom Annapurna is a housewife...
Sw:(laughing)..Ok baba ok..Ab poori biodata sunaaogi kya..?
Ra:Swara.. (laughs)
