Keep writing more on swasan 😉

Thanks for reading and taking time to comment. Yeah. I'm sure I'll be writing more--I am crazy about this pair after all! 😉 But at the moment, I have just decided the title and the basic plot outline of my next work 😊 I don't have any clear ideas to flesh it out as yet, so would take quite a bit of time. Will surely PM you as soon as I post it.

That was some really marvelous work 👏 I truly liked the idea of swara accepting her love before the entire family just like sanskaar did 😳

The lines on Earth signs are so true and made me love sanskaar a bit more since they are so fitting for him. I am an earth sign too, so naturally liked all the tareef 😆

And now I am sad that this series is over. I hope you write more stories. Love your work and the amount of hard work and research you put in your stories is definitely commendable.

Thanks so much for this lovely comment. 😊 Yeah, I wanted Swara to declare her feelings for Sanskaar in front of all the Maheshwaris---she owes him that, he declared his feelings in that way and after that (in the serial), she has been giving him quite a hard time! So I do hope to see her acknowledging her love in front of the whole family as well.

Am glad that you being an Earth sign, found the characteristics appropriate 😊 I definitely think they fit Sanskaar to a T. My Dad is an earth sign too, so I did have a reference point to verify all the internet data on character traits. 😆

I do hope to write more on them in the future. Will let you know as soon as I do.

First of all i'm a bit angry...you PMed me and gave no link to this whatsoever. errr..why?

I joined India Forums, when i was in college, sometime during early 2012...my profile tells me, its January 2012; when I used to be a huge fan of Arnav and Khushi. Since then, I have briefly joined the D3 forum for another magical couple Swayam and sharon...and for the rhythm of dance, because thats my passion when I'm off work as a CA. From 2012-2015, for three years, this forum has been a part and parcel of my leisure..giving me free rein to continue freely with my creative side and to exult as the reader in me finds new stories to read everyday. Of course its also like having friends...because me being an only child and introvertish, there has not been a lot of those.

I have read a lot of stories by various writers; some of them could and should have been published and would have been well-admired But for whatever my humble opinion is worth, I think you managed to, in my eyes, surpass them with regard to this OS series.

Your thought process was certainly intriguing, yet the only thing which for me, has stood out most starkly throughout the series...is the art of writing. there is something very rhythmic about the way you write...its rather like a strain of one of Chopin's Nocturnes.

No matter what you write after this...and no matter whether i read any better stories in this forum in future, I will always remember that you were the one single writer in this forum, who has the most balance in their writings. Its a rare quality, so hold on to it...and use it. Its your greatest strength.

The plot and its execution, was brilliant, no doubt, but that we readers come across everyday. You wrote your prose in a poetic way---thats the best compliment I can give you.

and yes..me being a Virgo...I could relate to another typical virgo really well here. and the old love...young in spirit, when the boyishness had not gone out of the person, and the sudden. brutal hit which made him grow up...the memories and the moving on..and the final reception of the mature love, you said it all.👏

love---
Medha.

Medha...😳 🤗 I just want to say a HUGE thank you for this comment. It just felt so nice, dear...I was immensely, immensely moved that you appreciate my work so much, and it was a supremely humbling moment too. Am just glad I've managed to convey what I wanted to, in a way that fellow writers like you find well written.

Thanks for saying my writing is rhythmic, it surely can't be because of any passion for dance from my side (unlike you), as I have 4 left feet, forget two! 😊 I did learn the violin, though, for 5 years, maybe that's got something to do with it. 😉

BTW Medha, its so uncanny that you joined IF in 2012, as an Arnav--Khushi fan. Did you write anything on the IPKKND forum? This is just surreal--I joined IF in 2012 too, again in January (I think it was 1 Jan 2012), as I was a HUGE Arnav--Khushi fan. I never wrote any Fiction there, though, was more confined to episode discussions, some character analysis articles on Arnav and Khushi and so on.

Good to know you being an Earth sign, could relate to my portrayal of Sansku. He really IS an earth personality, isn't he? I'm a Cancerian by the way. I'm quite a bit like you in terms of being introverted, though after being nudged into taking up debating in my high school and college years, I've managed to push myself into "ambivert" territory (if there is such a term) 😉

Lastly, sorry I missed out the link in my PM. I'm still on travel, but frankly I was feeling so bad not updating this series, that I was burning the midnight oil yesterday night finishing it. Was kinda sleep deprived when I sent out PMs today morning, and sent all out without the link! 😭

Viii 🤗The real pleasure I felt in reading this was tinged with sadness that your series has ended- and I can't read more of it! However, it'll make me eagerly await yet more from you so there's such positivity there 😊.

As I've said time and again, the whole concept of this series really appeals to me and your execution of it has been pristine. It delves so deep into the characters, you genuinely see them totally shape right before your eyes and then it all just falls in to place with perfect rhythm.
To me,a fantastic writer, feels their characters and the events in that sense are somewhat redundant although of course the events unfolding are the real gloss, the absence of which relegates even a wonderfully written story to merely good. So it works to me- all entwined and you always manage to nail it with your stories.
As an Earth sign and a Virgo to boot, I have always related the most to Sanskaar from all the characters in this show and I absolutely loved how you described his growth from his earlier happy days with Kavita to when he stood, strong and unwavering with Swara, even if it was against his beloved Badi Ma. Us earth signs do have that implacable practicality I think and despite however events around us shift, we try to stay grounded. Here, I felt that come from Sanskaar but without making him lose any of the passion and depth he is capable of.
Once again, the whole series is pure class for me and thank you for giving it to us 😃

Hey Shruti...🤗 Thanks so much! I was going all 😳 at your comment. Seriously made my evening, coming from a writer of your caliber, it really meant a lot.

Am so glad that you liked my portrayal of Sansku as an Earth sign, coming from a Virgo like you, I feel reassured I manage to get it somewhat right. 😊 He really IS a true Earth persona isn't he? Solid, dependable, patient, unyielding-- all of that 😊 My Dad is one (he's a Taurus, though), so I did have a personal reference point to verify all the characteristics my internet and magazine research had thrown up, on Earth signers. 😆

How's your work schedule coming on, BTW? The lengthy commute and all that? I'm still not back home, return this weekend from my travel.

Loved how you made DP equate Sanskaar to himself...that was a superb compliment.

Thank you for this wonderfully crafted OS series...

Hey Jazzy...😊 Thanks for the comment. Glad you liked this O.S. Interesting to know your take on the Elements. Mine was a bit different. I saw Sanskaar as definitely an Earth persona---patient, loyal, dependable, unyielding, implacable. Annapurna, in my conception, is definitely Fire--she has that regal, flaming aura around her, full of authority. And Swara I felt, is Water--adaptable, fluid, innovative. I visualized it as an alliance of Water (Swara) and Earth (Sanskaar), overcoming obstacles, including those placed by their highly respected Badi Maa (Fire) to find their way towards each other. 😊 Aaahh...I am a die hard romantic, you see. 😉 Water and Earth can both put out fire, after all.

Yeah, I too felt that DP and Sansku are alike in many ways. They are men with spine, decisive and go getters. I do feel of all the 3 young men in the house, DP would be proudest of Sanskaar.

My comments were all very fair and genuinely meant 😳.Oh in my earlier haste I forgot the other comment I had to make. I was obsessed over Linda Goodman's book you footnote for years! I had a copy but when I left home (Kenya) to come to the UK years ago, I didn't bring our copy as my mum and sister used to like it too! Such a fab analysis of all signs and I distinctly remember how accurate it was for Virgos- who can be both introverted and extroverted, sometimes at the same time- which I totally am!
Last day of first week today. Love the new place and the energy but as it's a brand new role and I have to build up a new team there's loads of pressure plus the travel. Really exciting though so looking forward to it and praying I can prove they did right to create the role and promote me! I have flexibility though so can work from home today- yayyy! I hope you'll be back soon too and get some rest! What do you do btw? If I'm being nosy you don't have to tell me or you can PM me if you don't want to say here! x
