This is my first OS. I've wrote the FF and will upload the next chapter soon, in the meantime i wrote this.
It has been 4 months since swara sanskar marriage. Both have become best friends and understands each other very well and are really comfortable with each other. They are not in love yet, but their feelings are slowly developing. Hope you all will like it :)
Sanskar is getting ready for the office.
"Swara where's my files?"
"Swara mera rumal dekha?"
"Swara mere shoes and coat?"
"Swara meri watch?"
He was in front of the mirror trying to tying his tie. "Every time yeh mujhse band ti nahi hai, kya yaar" said annoyed of not be able to tie it.
Swara comes running from the kitchen with a tray.
She puts it on the table and goes towards Sanskar.
"Kya hua itna chilla kyun rahe ho? Files tumhari neeche table par rakhdi, rumal yeh raha and shoes polish kar ke bed ke paas rakhe hai.. Aur yeh watch tumhari saamne to hai. Aur jaha coat ki baat hai, it is hanged over there" said in a very calm Swara.
It was Sanskar's every day 'drama'. It was 4 months that they have been living together, by now she knew about his habit of forgetting where he kept his things. She was the one who's always behind him to remember sanskar where he left his files, shoes, ties..
She noticed him trying to tie his tie.
"Mission impossible" she commented seeing him.
She went near him "layo mujhe do Sanskar, tumse nahi hoga. Itna zor kyun lga rahe ho?"
"Mein karluga Swara, tum breakfast tayar kardo, aaj jaldi office jana hai"
Without listening to him she took the tie from his hand and helped him.
"Yeh lo, hoge aa" said a satisfied Swara.
"Thank you madam" said Sanskar.
Swara quickly took the tray she brought and gave him a plate with halwa.
"Sanskar maine tumhara fav halwa bnaye aa hai aj. Koshish ki hai, tum to jante hi ho ki mujhe khana zyada nahi bnana aata" and hands him the halwa's plate.
He tastes it. Swara is looking on to hear his opinion. Sanskar gulps the entire plate in front of her and hands her over the plate.
"Accha tha, accha nahi bohut accha tha"
"Sachi?" asks Swara excited. "Aur le kar aayun? Bohut bnaye aa hai meine"
"Nahi nahi" tells quickly Sanskar and adds "iski koi zaroorat nahi, mein late ho raha hoon" and smiles. "Okay Swara, bye. Aaj mein shayed thoda lte hojaunga to please meri wait mat karna okay?"
"Sanskar please jaldi aana aaj, wo aaj ek new shopping centre khula hai and new stalls. Ghumne ka bohut mann kar raha hai, but agar koi problem hai to.."
Sanskar looks on hesitantly. "Jo hukam madam, jaldi aa jaunga" winks.
Swara goes in kitchen to put the plate . "Halwa sach mein accha bna hai kya?" thinks and tastes it.
"Chii" and spits it in the sink. "Shit, meine sugar ki jagah par namak dal diya issme; lekin Sanskar ne kyun nahi btaye aa?" she wonders surprised.
Then she remember that she served the halwa to her sasuma as well.
"Haye bhagwan, mom ko bhi halwa de diya" and rushes in the dining room. Sujata is about to taste it but Swara prevents it and throws the plate away.
"Pagal ho gayi hai ke?" asks angrily Sujata. "Ke kardi aa tune?"
"S.. Sorry mom. Wo, wo galti se issme mene.." says Swara with her head down but before she could complete the sentence Sujata interrupts her "Kesi chori hai tu? Kahi tumne issme macchi to nahi miladi? Haye Ram, mara dharm bhrash karna chahti hai yeh bengalan"
"Nahi mom, macchi nahi, wo namak.." but Sujata doesnt listen to her "agli baar zehar de dena mare ko nashte mein" and goes.
Swara stands there disappointed.
4 pm. Sanskar calls Swara and tells her to get ready as he is leaving the office and coming home to pick her up. "Jaldi se tayar ho jana, mein 15 mins mein ghar aa raha hoon" and disconnects the call.
Swara goes in the room to get ready. She stands in front of the mirror "konsa suit accha lagega?" She tries almost every clothes she has but can't decide between twos. "Blue or pink?" she asks to herself.
"Blue" says a voice coming into the room.
"Sanskar?"
"Blue accha lagega, sach mein. You look very.. pretty in that outifit"
"Okay mein ready ho jati hoon, tum wait karo neeche"
Swara gets ready and comes downstairs where Sanskar is waiting impatiently. The first 'date' if we could say so. In 4 months they have been living together they never went out together.
Sujata comes and sees both of them.
"Chora, kaha jane ki tayari ho rahi hai? Aur yeh ladki saath mein kyun hai?" and while saying so looked at Swara with contempt.
"Maa wo mein aur Swara aaj bahar ghumne ja rahe hai, aur yeh idea mera tha" adds Sanskar.
"Yeh dekho, mara chora iss bengalan ke saath ghumne ja raha, aur uski maa ghar mein bethi hai. Nah tum aut nah tumhare papa bahar le kar jate hai. Mein bhi chalungi tumhare saath, chalo"
"Maa kabab mein haddi kyun ban rahi ho?" says Sanskar "i mean aap kya karegi waha?"
Sujata looks surprised at Sanskar "aree mein bhi mall mein ghumungi nah"
Sanskar looks uncomfortable taking sujata along and says "maa, wahan par nah bohut achi sarees milti hai, eesa karta hoon mein aapke liye le kar aaunga. Agar aap pehno gi na to papa to aap par flat hi hojayenge, sach mein"
Swara couldnt control her laughter and starts laughing.
"Tu khi khi kar ke kyun has rahi hai? Comedy nights chal raha hai yahan?" says an irked Sujata.
"Par beta tere papa pehle wale nahi rahe abhi, abhi to romance to dur ki baat hai, wo meri taraf dekhte bhi nahi"
"Mom, dont worry, aapka yeh beta hai na? Mein apke liye net sarees le kar aayunga, phir dekhna romance papa ka" and while saying so starts laughing.
Sujata understands that he is making fun of her, but before she could tell anything he and Swara rushed out of the house and sat in the car.
He switched on the AC, Swara knew that he couldnt say without AC so didnt tell that she was feeling cold. After a few mins he switched it off.
"Sanskar AC kyun band kardi aa?"
"Tumhe kya lagta hai, mujhe pta nahi ki tumhe AC ke saath thand lagti hai?"
He started understanding her so well in these months.
He reached the mall.
"To kaha jana hai pehle shopping ke liye?" asked Sanskar.
"Wo samne wali dukaan bohut badi or acchi bhi lag rahi hai."
"Hmm theek hai, chalo"
They enter the shop. It has a lot of different suits, sarees jewelleries and other accesories.
Swara would like to try a sari. She sees a lot of different sarees, with different embroideries and colours.
Sanskar seems not interested in those things.
"Sanskar konsi saree acchi hai?" she asks but he doesnt hear her, he is talking on phone with someone.
She gets angry, snatches the phone from him and switches it off.
"Aree Swara yeh kya kar rahi ho? Pagal hogayi ho kya? Yeh kya bachpana hai?" asks an annoyed Sanskar.
"Mujhe kuch nahi sun na, hum bahar ghumne aaye hai ki office ka kam karne? Meri saree select karne mein help karo na?"
"Swara but mujhe inke baare kuch nahi pta, yeh sab ladkion ke kaam hai, i'm not interested. Jo psand aaye wo lelo"
"Ji nahi, tum meri help karoge warna warna mein kal phirse namak wala halwa khane mein dedungi" laughs Swara.
"Okay okay, chalo".
Swara is looking for some sarees, sanskar sees a red one, not so heavy but with a beautiful design on it." Swara yeh kesi hai? Wo red wali.." and indicates it.
Swara takes it "beautiful choice haan, mein try kar ke aati hoon"
Sanskar waits impatiently for her, it is the first time she is wearing a saree, before she used to wear salwar kameez only.
"Sanskar?" says swara coming out. She is looking angelic, beautiful, elegant, all the adjectives are not enough to describe her. Sanskar is mesmerized seeing her, his eyes are just for her.
"Kesi lag rahi hoon? Sanskar?"
"Haan? Bohut acchi, perfect. Ek mint Swara and takes out the camera. Smile?" and takes her pic.
Swara goes to change.
"Sir madam bohut acchi lag rahi thi, isi liye pic li nah?" asks the shop's assistant. He blushes and smiles.
Swara comes back. "Yeh saree pack kardi jiye"
"Sirf ek saree Swara?"
"Haan ek kafee hai, mujhe saree pehne ki zyada aadat nahi hai na isiliye"
While coming out sanskar notices some beautiful earrings, that perfectly matches with swara's saree. He has an idea. "Swara tum chalo, mein aaye aa."
"Haan par kaha ja rahe ho?"
"Wo mein baad mein btata hoon, tum chalo"
He comes back in the shop and buys the earrings for her. They'll suit her a lot.
Swara is waiting for him outside, she sees him coming with a small box gift. "Sanskar ye gift?"
"Wo kuch nahi, chalo"
"Sanskar?" she shouts.
"Why are you shouting swara? Mein paas mein to hoon"
"Sorry, wo waha dekho panipuri wala stall. Please chalo na waha par"
He nods. They spend a lot of time together. They eat panipuris, icecreams. Sanskar is shocked at the food quantity swara could eat in just a day.
"Swara itna kahogi to moti ho jayogi"
"To phir? Any problem?" she says.
"Bilkul nahi, problem tumhare pati ko hogi" replies sarcastically. Swara laughs "you are the husband bhul gaye?"
"Right, i am the husband". It strange that word. They were best friends now and they knew the marriage was fake.
"Ohhh, so tumhe problem hai, right?" says Swara and laughs. "Dont worry mein itni heavy nahi hone wali"
Later they play with some videogames. They have a bet on who will win, the loser has to do whatever the other says. "Okay?" says Swara.
"Haan, be ready to lose Swara"
Its a bike race videogame. Both are doing good, but in the last lap swara remains behind and is about to lose the race. Sanskar notices this and purposely loses the game. Swara starts jumping in joy.
"Yes mein jeet gayi" and starts dancing. "Winner, winner, winner."
Sanskar smiles, he is ready to lose any game if she continues smiling like this.
Swara was not tired yet, and dragged sanskar towards a stall with lots of teddy bears. "Sanskar look there, wo teddy bear kitna pyaara hai, i want it."
"M'am if you want that you have to shoot with that gun to atleast 5 empty cans." told the shop man.
Swara looked at sanskar with a baby expression, sanskar couldnt resist and agreed to win it for her.
The first 5 attempt went in vain; he tried again with another 5 but even this time he couldnt complete the task. Swara asked sanskar to give up as she was no more interested in that teddy bear, but sanskar was not listening to her. He just wanted that teddy bear for her. He tried again and finally could shoot all the 5 cans and win that cute sa teddy bear for swara.
"M'am if you dont mind can i say something?" said the shopman to swara. She nodded.
"You are very lucky to have a partner like him". Swara smiled and took the teddy bear.
She reached sanskar and thanked him, she was so happy that without realizing she hugged him tightly. Sanskar didnt know what to do, he was standing like a robot, but slowly replied to the hug. She was an unique masterpiece, different from everyone, cute and adorable. A special girl.
After a wonderful day spent together, they sit somewhere out. What a day it has been, time literally flew away, they were having lots of fun together.
Swara feels tired and she leans her head on sanskar's shoulder.
"Sanskar?" she says.
"Haan swara."
"Halwa sach mein accha tha kya?"
Sanskar looks on. "wo, haan accha tha, kyun?"
"Sanskar ussme namak tha" replies swara. Sanskar looks at her without speaking a word while she continues "kyun khaye aa?"
"Swara, ghar mein pehle hi mom tumhare khane ko psand nahi karti, aur itne pyaar se bnaye aa tha so mann nahi kiya sach btane ko"
"Haan par mom to eesi hi hai nah?"
"Haan, but dont worry she will accept you bohut jaldi. Abhi ghar mein sabhi psand karte hai, badi maa, bade papa, adarsh bhaiya, parineeta bhabhi, mein.."
"Tum?" swara asked hearing that "mein"
But he quickly added "as a friend"
"Sanskar itna namak health ke liye theek nahi hai.. You should have told me"
"Swara tum kitni khush hogayi thi jab mene kaha ki halwa accha hai and health ki baat rahi its not as precious as your smile" he replied and looked at swara. She was looking at him, both were lost in each other eyes..
Little they knew that their feelings were slowly developing in love, they cared for each other, stood up for each other, supported each other when everyone was against them.
It was a pyaar dosti wala bond jaha pyaar abhi completely hua nahi, but ho raha hai dheere dheere. A beautiful rishta that no one could broke.
