Sanskar drops her at home.
'Everything fine?' asks Sanskar seeing her.
'Hmm yes.. Kaafi der ho gayi,thanks for the lift and.. Bye' and walks towards the main door.
'Swara?'
'Yes?'
'Err.. i hope tum naraaz nahi ho mere saath,i mean, everything is okay between us, no?'
'Haan.. sorry i'm tired i have to go'
She sneaks into her room or it's better to say, she tries to, but Dida sees her.
'Shoru?'
'Dida? Aap?' she asks shocked to her, as she was not expecting her to be awake.
'Shoru tu yahan kya kar rahi hai? Tu to Neha ke saath gayi thi na usske ghar? Aur bahar wo ladka kon tha?'
'Di.. Dida wo.. wo mein.. Party... I mean Neha ke ghar hi thi..' she says with a shaky voice.
'Chal room mein chalo..' and takes her inside her room.
'Ab bta Shoru sach kya hai?'
'Dida i'm sorry, mein jhoot nahi bolna chahti thi.. Wo actually sab kuch meri galti hai' and starts crying.
'Shoru?!'
'Dida wo mein..mein Neha ke saath hi thi, lekin ek party mein.. Aur wahan..' and explains everything to her.
'Swara tu theek to hai? Kuch hua to nahi?'
'Dida Sanskar sahi time par nahi aata to pta nahi aaj kya hota..'
'Bhagwan ka shukar hai ki unhone ne sahi time par Sanskarko bhej diyan.. bohut acha ladka hai. Lekin Tumne jhoot kyun kaha?'
'Dida mujhe pta tha aap aur maa kabhi haan nahi kahenge party mein jaane ke liye, kyun ki mein abhi abhi hospital se aayi thi, wo factory mein jo kuch bhi huya uske baad to..' but stops in midway, realizing what she just said.
'Swara? Factory? Kuch chupa rahi hai tu? Bta Shoru'
'Dida, wo uss din Sanskar ne wo purani factory mein, ussne ek plan bnaye aa tha apne dosto ke saath mujhe daraane ke liye.. Isi liye mere chot lagi'
'Kya? Ussne eesa kiya?'
'Haan Dida..'
'Tumne maaf kardi aa usse?'
'Dida.. Na.. nahi i mean mein kyun karoon? Ussne jo kiya uske baad.. Nahi'
'Swara theek keh rahi ho, usse sazaa milna chahiye na? Subah mein Shekhar aur Shomi ko sab kuch bta kar, police ko bulayungi, tum chinta mat karna'
'Dida police? Uski kya zaroorat hai?'
'Matlab?'
'Dida ussne galti ki hai, but usse ehsaas hai, police ko bulana theek nahi hoga na?'
'I knew it Swara, mein janti thi tune maaf kardi aa tha Sanskar ko' said a smiling Dida.
'No Dida, maaf to.. I'm not sure..'
'Swara mein jaanti hoon galti huyi hai usse, but do you know? Tum bohut critical thi and blood ki zaroorat bhi thi, tab ussne blood diyan tumhe. Kon karta hai aj kal yeh sab? Uski wajah se aaj tum huare saath ho'
'Haan aur uski wajah se hi mein hospital gayi thi' she said murmuring to herself, but she was touched by hearing this, she never expected something like this from Sanskar and he saved her once again today.
She wished goodnight to Dida and went to sleep.
Her alarm's sound woke her up at 9 am.
The sunlight shined under the window, yet gives the shutters a halo of golden rays. Soon after the vibrant summer rays have begun to warm the day there is a shrill sound, a whistle, and she leaps out of bed faster than a rat from a trap.
'9 am? I'm late once again' she said panicking. 'Mom? Dida? Kahan ho aap?'
'Kya hua Shona?' wondered Shomi from the kitchen, while making breakfast for her.
'Baba chale gaye office kya?'
'Haan Shoru, abhi abhi gaye hai, kyun?' asked Dida, coming out of her room.
'Shit! Ab kese jayoon?' she asked to herself.
'Kya bole ja rahi hai Swara? Theek hai?' said Dida giving her a surprised look.
'Haan, haan Dida of course. Wo, wo mujhe apni dost se milna hai, abhi abhi aayi hai Mumbai. So mein jayoon?' and walked towards the door.
Shomi stopped her 'Kaha ja rahi hai Swara? Itni subah subah, aur nashta to karti ja'
'Maa friend se milna hai..'
Dida understood she was going to meet Sanskar 'jaane de Shomi, vese bhi ghar kya karegi?' winking to her 😉
Office:
As soon as she reached the office she rushed inside, looking for him.
'Kahan hoga?'
The lift door opened and she saw him. 'Sanskar?' she tried to wave at him, but he didn't see her or he acted as.
She tried to go near him, but she saw Shekhar coming downstairs with some files.
'Mr Tripathi yeh important files abhi issi waqt sir ko deni hai..' were the few lines she heard hiding behind an open door.
As she saw Shekhar leaving, she came out and followed Sanskar in a room.
She tried to enter there, but a peon stopped her.
'Sorry madam, aap andar nahi ja sakte, yeh Sanskar baba ka private room hai. Yahan kisi ka bhi jana manaa hai'
'Dekhiye mein Sanskar ki dost hoon, ek zaroori baat karni hai, please'
'Sorry madam,i'm not allowed.'
'Shankar? Yahan aana' said a voice coming from the stairs.
That was a good chance to sneak into Sanskar Maheshwari's room, and she entered without making noise.
It was a large and big room. In the centre there was a big and comfortable bed; a study table in the corner with lots of books and files on it; a huge wardrobe with lots and lots of clothes, and of course there were all basic free weight machines. Squat racks, benches, dumbbells...etc. There was a large cable machine in the middle of the front room as well as Hammerstrength shoulder and chest machines.
But it was so messy. 'Typical Sanskar' she said.
On the left side there was a treadmill. It fascinated her and she walked towards it.
She used to go to gym, till few weeks ago, but now she was busy with her music classes and all stuffs.
She gets on it and tries it. She increases the speed, but doesn't manage to mantain the balance and is almost to fall down when two strong arms holds her.
They look into each other's eyes. He looks at her with his dreamy eyes, shining eyes. Honest eyes.
Eyes that you can look into and truly trust to be loyal.
'Tum yahan kya kar rahi ho?'
She recognised his voice 'Sanskar wo..' and freed herself from his arms. 'Wo mein tumse milne aayi hoon, actually na wo kal jo huya..'
'One minute, ab yeh mat kehna ki kal bhi meri galti thi,okay? I'm really sorry for saving you yesterday, humesha meri wajah se kuch ho jaata hai right? Bhagwan ke liye maaf kardi jiye Swara devi for saving you, galti hogayi'
'Aree, khud hi bolte rahoge ki mujhe bhi bolne doge? Look mein yahan sorry bolne aayi hoon..'
'Wait wait, kya? Sorry, are you sure? I mean fever to nahi hai?'
'OH shut up, mazaak nahi kar rahi hoon, i'm serious. Ek baat btao, mein sorry nahi bolti hoon tab bhi problem hoti hai, agar bolti hoon tab bhi hoti hai. Mein karoon to kya karoon?'
'Kuch maat karo, it's better'
'Ha ha ha funny, was it a joke?' said sarcastically.
'Baate chodo, btao why are you here?'
'Btaye aa to.. sorry bolna tha that's all'
'That's all? Okay you can go now,i have some work to do..' and moves to take his files.
'Oye wait, matlab? Mein kyun jayoon?'
'To kya yahan settle hona hai? Tum yahan raho aur mein jaata hoon okay?'
'Tum humesha eese akdu hi ho ya mere saath hi eese ho? Aur mujhe lga ki tum ache insaan ho..'
'Forget it, mein eesa hoon'
'It's better i leave then..'
'Swara, wait..' and goes to take something. 'Yeh lo, invitation card.. Actually parso meri behen Uttara ki shaadi hai and mom dad chahte the ki tum aur tumhara pariwaar iss shaadi mein aaye. So kyun ki tum yahan ho, mene socha ki tum khud iss invitation ko ghar le ja sakti ho right? I'm a bit busy so pta nahi if i can manage to come to your home and inviteyou personally..'
'Give me, akdu.. Itna kya busy ho huh?'
'Tum nahi samjhogi'
'Mein samajhna bhi nahi chahti mister. Bye'
'Oye?'
'Kya hai?'
'Thanks to bolti jaayo' said smiling.
'Kyun?'
'Well i saved you yesterday from that boy and today from falling down.. so?'
'Not interested, jab mann karega mein keh dungi'
' Acha? And haan i know i'm quite handsome but you can find other ways to meet me Swara ;)'
'Huh!' and leaves from there.
