Hello dearies! š
Today's episode had me going . It was good till the last part. The last part was just disgusting and made me wonder why we're all here, cheering for YuvAni.
Suhani talks to Pratima: Suhani is contemplating what she has discovered, when Pratima comes to talk to her. Suhani is unresponsive and doesn't pay any attention to her. šš¼ Thank God. I thought Suhani would do the old 'badon ka aadar' crap. š¤¢ Pratima says that elders always want what is 'good' for their children and asks her to forgive her. OMG, spare me the crap, Pratima. Really? Only parents know what is 'good' for the child? Even so, is it alright for them to blackmail and hoodwink the children into marriage? š”š” What a joke. What have they turned Pratima into? Suhani simply answers her by asking her if Yuvraj was able to forgive Pankaj. šPratima asks her to show Yuvraj the recording she has of Dadi, and Suhani there is no point now, as Yuvraj doesn't love her. She cries, saying that she thought this was her house, but she was wrong. šš Suhani, what stupidity? Just give him the recording and leave. I think Yuvi deserves to know about Dadi's role in the medicine fiasco. Meanwhile, Yuvi tells Sharad that Suhani is innocent and he will not let her suffer any more. Really? What did you think was happening till now? š Did you think Dadi-conda's killer embrace was a loving embrace? š¤Ŗ
Suhani confronts Yuvraj: Bhavna calls Suhani to ask about Pankaj, and when the call is about to end, Bhavna says that Suhani is lucky to have Yuvraj to stand beside her and protect her against Dadi. š¤ I think Bhavna needs to go back and watch SSEL episodes again. š Suhani is silent when Bhavna says that Yuvraj loves her a lot, as helpless tears roll down her cheeks. Yuvraj supports Suhani against Dadi? Did I miss any episodes, guys? š
Suhani goes to 'their' room to cry her heart out and just as she looks up, she sees Yuvraj handing her a handkerchief. She flashes back to a moment in the past when he had done the same, and takes it from him, her hand quivering. šš She sits on one side of the bed and cries, while Yuvraj sits uncomfortably on the other side. At this point, I have to say about the rest of the scene- CVs, why must you do this? š” You portrayed Yuvraj so well in yesterday's scene with Pankaj, so why must you make him seem emotionless when he's with Suhani? I'm sorry, but seeing all this, I don't think Yuvraj loves her. šš¼ Just annoying. He had that 'angry eyes' expression all the time. Idiotic, because why would he be angry at Suhani? Very poor direction. I didn't like him here at all, though Suhani did a good job.
Suhani gets up in anger and is leaving when Yuvraj asks her, "Gussa?" and Suhani turns back to him with a wry smile. š He says that she says that one should always speak the truth and what has he done? Suhani says that he's right. While everyone else lied to her, hoodwinked her and ridiculed her, he was the only one who was truthful. š² She says that he always told her the truth when it came to cleanliness, Snoopy, touching his wardrobe, but, Why, she asks him, did he never tell he didn't love her? š„ŗThis scene was gut-wrenching. šFull marks to Rajshri, because the way she asked those questions- hiccuping and averting her eyes to regain composure- it was so realistic. šš While stopping mid-sentence, she asks him why he didn't tell her he didn't want to marry her. She says with a wry smile that he should have told her before.
Dadi asks Yuvraj if he wants to marry Soumya: Dadi directs the Phateechars to steal the recording from Suhani. Great. Just what we needed. š„±Yuvraj follows Suhani out, but Dadi stops him in between. God, there is a time for each and everything. š” Why did he stop when he was having such an important conversation with Suhani? Dadi tells him that she knows he didn't want to marry Suhani and wanted to marry Soumya. š² She says that time have changed (*eye roll*) and says that there is no need for him to be stuck in an unwanted marriage. She asks him outright whether he is ready to marry Soumya. š²š² I was shocked that Dadi just asked him that without any pretense, and also glad. Finally, there is no more pretense. DumbRaj stands there mute, as Dadi asks him the question again. If he needs to THINK about the answer to Dadi's question, than I think the YuvAni ship has long sailed. š„± Why couldn't he just have said 'No' to Dadi?After all, she gave him a chance to put his point forward. I didn't understand this scene at all. Suhani overhears their conversation. I felt like I was watching that GoHem cheating drama in SNS. š
A VERY important point- Okay, he doesn't love Suhani. But really, I wasn't aware that he loves Soumya? š² When did this happen? Did I miss something? Please tell me. Then, he avoids Dadi's question- which really gave him a clear way out of his current predicament and also a solution to all his big talk about Suhani's happiness- and goes to his room to stew and throw stuff. Today was a revolutionary day for SSEL. You know why? He THREW his phone? š²š² His soul mate. šš I think Yuvraj finally got an introspection scene that we all wanted, but it's outcome was unwanted. I CAN NOT believe that Yuvraj has to think about this question. What a farce. All his red-eyed contemplation did nothing for me, because the very fact that he was contemplating a marriage with Soumya disgusted me. š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢ It means that we were all wrong and stupid. Apparently, he still has feelings for Soumya. Is that what this means, CVs?
