Hey Apu,,
This is going to sound horrible to many.. but I absolutely loved today's episode even Yuvraj.. I accept he came across as a fool today.. yet the man was confused and pained FINALLY.. he understands the implications of his actions and the gravity of the situation he has put him as well as Su in..
Yuvi's expressions may have seemed a bit off but he was bang on be it the helplessness he portrayed while sitting on the bed next to his shattered wife.. or the broken man ready to destroy his surroundings because he had no idea where life was taking him.. And can I just say I loved that bit of shock right as he realized Su was leaving the room.. the way he started to drastically search for her as if she was walking out of his life and not just the room.. poignant moment. yet again he asked a stupid question just to get her to speak to him.. Suhani was amazing in every sequence as well the firming of her resolve because she was not at fault but the victim... and the sincerity with which she asked Yuvi why couldn't he tell her the truth the one that truly mattered..
On a side note really quick.. I also loved the handkerchief moment..because it emphasized the fact that even though Yuvi cares for his wife.. he is yet to understand her on an emotional level.. he didn't remember the moments Su has always cherished.. he doesn't remember what she told him that day..!!
And finally his scene with dadi was bang on.. what can we expect from the man that till this day has not accepted his emotions where his wife was concerned.. he still must work through the storm brewing within himself before he answers to anyone else.. That does not mean he cares for Soumya he has made his feelings towards her clear many times.. but it means he is yet to realize the depths to which Su has not only broken down his barriers but has reached into to his heart.. she has taken over him without him even realizing it.. The CV's did a wonderful job with the flashbacks as well.. for the first time he remembered not his loss.. or the snakes beauty.. but SU's innocence.. her faith.. and her selfless love for him..!! I agree him screaming No to dadi would have been a treat yet would it have been realistic.. Yuvi's character tends to overthink.. and this realization will change not only his life but his preconceived notions about a life partner.. He needed to first accept what he feels in order to say no with conviction.. !!
Hi Binny! 🤗
I thought his expressions when he was sitting on the bed with Suhani were totally off. 'Angry eyes' needs to have more expressions. 🥱 I saw the tears too.I saw the guilt too. But for me, they are not enough any more. I think Suhani deserves much better than this level of confusion and indecision. I'm not denying that he showed some guilt and pain, but I think a person like Suhani, who has been so hurt, does not deserve to hang around while he makes his mind up. 😕
I am really dead tired of male leads who take ages to realise they love the female lead, just because they have had difficult childhoods or a 'dark past', whatever that means. If only the same luxury was given to female leads. 😆😲
@bold- What will make him realise this? Her being molested? Her being insulted and humiliated by Dadi? Her having a near death experience? Oh wait, all this has already happened.
I don't have an issue with Yuvraj battling his personal demons at all, but I don't think Suhani deserves to tolerate the fall out of that battle. I am absolutely okay with Yuvraj being a deeply flawed and a confused individual, but I don't see why Suhani should wait in the wings while he sorts it all out. I think she deserves MUCH BETTER.
@bold2- Again, what will it take? The CVs have disappointed me, 'cause I don't need a clear confession from Yuvraj. I just want him to act like a man in love. Is that too much to ask for?
P.S. Binny, the rant is not directed at you. 😆 it's for the CVs.
