I don't watch NAUC but I must say Kabir is actually a man. He always supports nisha and Viraj is very irritating. I wish Yuvraaj had that courage to protest against Dadi's plannings n plottings. Sahil is right all the Birla boys are wearing bangles.

I find your explanation the most convincing of all so far, but disinclined to credit this character with any brain or feelings worth the name.

Iam liking NAUC ever since Kabir arrived and loving Kabir too, that's the guts to speak out, that's the care we wish to see in male lead, and that's the down to earth character.

He didn't leave things to be unsolved, but came on a mission for searching them.

Also, they both are very well aware of their marriage circumstances and decided what they do with it later all themselves. They had got that understanding without any hiding or pretending. Also, love their funny scenes. They tuned into each other so easily too, unlike the last 2 guys who came for Nisha, one at home and other at working place.

Mihir is awesome as Kabir, and it's his second show, but he excels in portraying the character exactly and clearly.
