Pre-Marriage Yuvraj: I do not think his marriage to Suhani was because he wanted a balm for his ego, not at all. He did everything in his power to avoid the marriage and the CVs have been quite clear in letting us know that he bent to Pankaj's pressure. It was a decision made under duress, though a way out was available- tell Suhani the truth and get out of it. Yes, he had alternatives, but he choose to not go for them. Talking about legal recourse, we know it exists, but the CVs would rather pretend it doesn't and that's the route they took. TBH, education doesn't matter at all on TV shows. Yuvraj could be a Nobel Laureate, and still not know what to do. 😆 So, I think he did agree to the marriage due to pressure, and he didn't want Suhani at all. I don't think he did it as a rebound.
Isn't it a given by now we are trying to find logic where none exists...we are the nobel laureates here...lol
No CLari..I did not mean a deliberately pre-meditated attempt at 'balming' himself; See all these happened (// to what SU is going through now (only SU did not bring it on herself, whereas YU mostly brought it on himself)
Ragmen playing games, pretended to be on his side and worked against him
Pratima: went off happily to the wrong girl accompanied by Ragmen who never even stopped her and played along
Dadi: Busy botoxing
Brothers: Indifferent
Sharath: clueless as to how to handle
Pankaj: waved the loan overhead
Soumya: Played along as if in love and upped and eloped on the day before his scheduled wedding
So, angry, egoistic & self-centred that he was, and closed in by all quarters, he just decided in anger to just be done with it all.

HE probably got overwhelved (unlike SU who has been thr 10 times more and still is showing restraint) he just...he just threw in the towel..
Post-marriage Yuvraj: Okay, Yuvraj, you didn't love Suhani, but once you found out that she was not involved in blackmailing you, you should have realised she's the biggest victim in all this. He let Dadi pick away at her self-esteem daily, was nasty to her and put the marriage in neutral, just because he wasn't ready to make a decision. His indecision could be understood if it lasted a short while, but once it started making Suhani suffer, it was 👎🏼. If he didn't want to be married to her, he should have just told her and put her out of her misery. She wasn't just subject to Yuvraj's indifference, but she had to deal with Dadi's invective as well. His inaction has hurt her the most- by exposing her to Dadi's offensive. One mistake he definitely made was not telling Soumya outright that he doesn't love her. For some reason, the CVs have not made him do it. 😕 His behaviour towards her at times encouraged her delusions and IMO, after she saved Suhani, he could just have been polite and formal with her, instead of becoming her BFF. 🥱
