Souyma was in love with krishna but yuvraj was in love with her. She thought that he was in love with suhani in the beginning though and when she found out that he loved her she stringed him along so that he wouldn't go to her mom with his proposal for her coz she knew that her mom would accept. and in btw she got secretly married to krishna and than suhani's dad found out that yuvraj wanted to marry souyma and not suhani he black mailed him to continue with the marriage. Hence the dislike or whatever that is supposed to be from yuuvraj's side. I cnt imagine souyma ever sacrificing anything for suhani lol
