We would like to inform you that two major international submarine cables (SEA-ME-WE 4 and IMEWE) have suffered damage near Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This has caused a reduction in available international internet bandwidth, which may result in:
Slower browsing on international websites
Video buffering on streaming platforms
Higher latency in online gaming
Occasional quality issues in voice/video calls
Please note, your internet will remain operational. The impact may be more noticeable during peak evening hours (7 PM to 11 PM).
Our team is actively working with global partners and routing traffic through alternate cables (AAE-1, SEA-ME-WE 5, and others) to minimize service disruption.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as restoration efforts continue.
