I just tested it on some of the articles and it was working fine. I do see some other members are posting. May be it was a temporary issue while we upload the newer version which slows things a bit.

I clicked on reply button but the dialogue box did not show up for me to type the reply , only my DP was showing there 
that dialogue box appeared after 5 times refreshing the page .

i am using chrome. I use this regularly and i am only seeing this issue from today morning. I checked firefox there I can see options. Should i try clearing my cache?
