Nandini,for your information, Admins can change members username because they have features to do it. I sent a request to one of admins[that time there were two admins] and my username is cahnged to current one. That day i realised that it can happen.Hope it helped you.😊

Both of you are right but recently admin made a final call. We will not take in any user name changes through PM anymore because the one year rule is still valid and that's a final decision. Hence PMing the GMs or admin will not help as we will not accept the request.
Everyone should be careful when they chooses a new user name so they are not temped to change it again before one year.
