I do not really know how many of you will agree with me on this one but I feel that 'member rights to privacy and safety' should be prioritised over other issues like calling an actor as 'Gober' 'Piglet' or 'Soaptea'.
No member should take law in their own hands and start harrasing a fellow member just because they do not agree with their standpoint.

Omni I completely agree with you! Its really disgusting on part of higher ups to discriminate among fellow members. All that nonsence written by the so called fans is acceptable but a single discussion regarding the fate of some actor creates mess.

Okay so before signing off I'll take a moment to initiate this. I never personally knew Sarah because I wasn't part of ISKKND forum. My virtual life on IF is pretty much inactive except for a few season. Let's just say I'm seasonal. Anyhoo, getting back to the business. I, ChandraMukhi, Penta, Tony and few other Bigg Boss section members were asked by Sarah to leave the forum probably because our views were in direct conflict with the teachings of Barun Baba.(Humor intended). That was completely uncalled for and this is where we started to question her moderation. We probably went a bit overboard, at least I did by calling her a five year old fanbot. I would like apologise for this publically. We left no stone unturned to target her moderation in every other thread despite being asked by many higher-ups(who happen to be our mutual friends). As much as it was our fault to target her moderation each time, we were really left with no choice. She trashed our posts and this only made things worst.

The posts in ISKKND made us pretty infamous and we received all sort of death threats, rape wishes and curses in less than two months of our appearances in that forum. The only good thing coming out from there was to e-meet the like minded people, identified as 'Basher Dori Eagles'. We had many things in common. Whether it was the lovely messages we received from the fanatics or the dislike for the ISKNND moderation team-which happens to be BS( in case you got it wrong, it's Barun So... Nevermind). I cannot spill out the beans on what grievances the other folks had because I respect privacy and confidentiality.

Anyway the good news is that I and Sarah have sorted out things and since we there's wasn't any other issue we had with her, I can safely assume that the Bigg Boss Forum folks are cool with her now. As far as my other friends are concerned, I can understand their standpoints because objectively speaking, they were on that forum eversince the season premier. I can only encourage them to settle this but rest is up to them.

Sarah- Once again my sincere apologies for labelling you as a 5 year old fanbot. It was just heat of the moment. Alas we're 'hate-mongers'😆

No harsh feelings.

PS: If you have any concerns, just raise them! It's high time to end this bad blood. All the moral policemen/women out there...who wish to lecture omni about the demerits of doing your dirty laundary in public can as well be informed to keep their unsolicited advices to themselves. If it started on a public forum, it should end it on a public forum.

Those who've no idea of this shit, try to avoid it. I can only request you. FOS still applies for you.😉

@Chemgirl. I guess you're right. It's not like this is the first time we've witnessed such an attitude. Ahh I guess take it or leave it policy is applied by bhaiyaa. Woah, here's the ray of revolution I have been waiting for! Good job, y'all!

It's been months since I have visited the IPK Forum, after the soap ended out of the blue (or perhaps out of the immense frustration of those Customer Call Attendants at Star Plus)

One would think we weren't fans enough, us 'Bashers', to leave the Forum so. But I swear, I could not step there without feeling drowned in that drool dripping from everywhere *gasps for air...err sanity*

It's but a Shrine. Period.

And oh yeah I agree there were instigating posts by some fans-who-just-couldn't-lick-Sobti's-feet, but you know why, Vijay bhaiyya? Cause we knew them fanbots would shit their weapons out against anyone speaking against their Gawd. Those so-called 'riling' posts were that of frustration. Frustration that you can't call a spade a spade. Dude, I think Sobti ain't professional, why are the Soaptians butthurt? Now they'll call me a bitch and oh no, I deserved it, didn't I? Because damn personal abuses, Barun toh unka chacha lagta hai.

Just so you know, the 11/28/40/45 posts speaking about conspiracy theories were NEVER closed down by the Mods. The obsessive fangirling disorder was FOREVER encouraged. Like, if I were to go right now and make a post about Soaptea's film doomed to flop- scratch that- never be released...those phankis will cry "This is Spartaaa!" and there you go with a cyber war. But alas, he's not worth my time.

Yet...what's done is done. Can we please make sure that in future, these obsessive fangirls don't breed like microorganisms in an agar dish?

PS. Even if I call Sobti as Soaptea, so what? Wouldn't make him thinner (more than he already is), would it? Criticism is part of the popularity deal, isn't it? But if his fans call someone as 'auntyjee' or 'bitch, you suck' then errr...we have a problem.

LOL at the drool dripping reference. It's flooded already. You cannot enter in there without the life vests. Probably will drown 'bhaiya's' business too. Unsurprisingly, vijay cannot help but breed such fanatics who already rest at the lowest point of their calibre yet each time take upon themselves as a challenge to fall further.. and most of them succeed doing it. PS I'm only referring to the abusive immature ones.

Alright I'm allergic to such obsessive 'pyaar' for a celeb so I restrict myself to the forum and not some CFCs. If you're on a forum, you should have the liberty to express your opinion. What's the point of calling it a forum on first place then? I fail to understand the fuss behind a slight misspelling like 'Soaptea'. How about focusing on bigger issues like taking action against those who bully other members or call them impotent just because they're yet to know the meaning of 'omnipotence'.

Sadly, since fangirl population on IF earns Vijay a moolah, he refuses to act against them. Probably when he'll actually be slapped with a lawsuit for cyber-harrassment, he'll start with 'revolution'. What more evidence can the guy demand other than the screen-shots confirming the bullying which goes around in Iss Shit Ko Kya Naam Doon forum.

PS- No suggestions like 'why go to the forum on first place' etc bull crap will be entertained. Nobody's daddy own the forum. Probably not even Vijay's because he owns it (or is it a family business?)😆

When we write unsavory things about celeb/show/fandom, the fans rise to their defense and most often attack the OP personally. If they wish to retaliate, they can do it civilly saying we don't agree but most are immature, so they get personal since they only have these TMs to deal with and not any favorites of theirs as easy targets. The moot question is...why go to such lengths to evoke such responses?
Expecting to see a GA condemning such fanatic droolings and personal attacks while defending celebs is a noble cause but looking from the point of view of the dynamics of such open internet fora, if it comes by anytime soon, my respect for the owner will increase. But hey, I have seen enough of this world to not be expecting so much sense, unbiasness and fairness in a realm of democracy where freedom of speech is justly curtailed for maintaining public order.

I do not disagree with anything you have said in any of your posts here. It's always been a 2 way street. I personally do not endorse name calling celebrities but I will criticize their characters in a show or movie or their behaviour in real life if I feel they are doing something wrong. I will also criticize my own favourites. So my issue here is, why are members who criticize celebrities in a nice way personally attacked left, right and centre? This is how haters are bred, they rise in retaliation to the fact that their freedom of speech is infringed upon and by freedom of speech I simply mean criticizing in a healthy manner. When some people are constantly attacked, and their topics closed when they criticized nicely, these same people rise up and resort to name calling a celebrity as pay back. Most people who have done this, at least in my experience, did not harass other members, not on the forums I have been on. If they did then I would not be here because I hate hypocrisy.
