When Moderators start bashing you - Page 2

There seems to be a real biase going on in the forum; posts that are full of praise and admiration for Barun Sobti are NEVER questioned or closed, whereas posts with genuine and rational questioning regarding his conduct are threatened and closed!

exactly, I'm not even contesting the closure of the topic, but the bias and the language used is plain wrong. And this moderator has repeatedly used such language and only closes topics where Barun Sobti is even mildly criticised.

The moderation in IPk forum started getting better, but this mod has really spoiled it.

She hasn't closed a single post where the interview was praised or warned the people who called me all sorts of names in that thread. Some of the things said about me were disgusting, yet the mod overlooked that and bashed and ridiculed me.

The post by Reshma, one of the moderators is extremely unprofessional and humiliating towards the TM. I am appalled at the disgusting comments posted by others in this thread which mounts to cyber bullying and harassment and yet instead of taking action against them, an equally appalling comment is left by the moderator!

This is an open forum not an appreciation fan club; however if it is deemed to be a fan club them the name of the forum needs to be changed with immediate effect to reflect the same!

It is common sense that if external articles are posted in the forum, the purpose behind it so that it can be discussed so why did the mod threaten to close any further topics relating to Barun Sobti?

We live in a democratic society where there is total freedom of speech and expression which does not equate in any way for a licence to humiliate or degrade anyone at all!

The mod notes to be removed from the thread with immediate effect as well as an apology to the TM!

It saddens me that this is not the first case of bullying and harassment towards senior members and the moderators have failed to reprimand the guilt parties but instead have closed TM posts...

I didnt use Barun's personal life as a reference nor did I humiliate or name call anyone on that thread. All I expressed was my displeasure in his failure to thank the show or show his remorse for the show's end. Things like 'I'm not worth of respect', 'I have no life', 'I'm intimidated by Barun', 'I'm a coward' were all posted in that thread.

But not a single note was left on the thread, instead the Mod decided to pick on me and humiliate me.

I read mods note and its too inadequate in her reasoing given inorder to have the thread closed thats all i have to say.

And you should definitely demand that MOD to give warnings for all those members who abused you! You were the one at the receiving end of all their abuse and you are the one getting the humiliation too!

I think that MOD closed the topic without reviewing it.

It will be better if they change this forum into Barun FC and open a separate forum for the so called BASHERS! If the fans deserve their own forum then we do to!

Umpteen times you have bashed, abused fellow members of ipk forum but that was all in *fun* and right! But if a moderator asks u to move on, she becomes a basher! Double standards hun?
you call people all sort of names but if some one gets back at you, the crying starts! Why do u then start the bashing in the first place!?

Moderator simply asked people to move on and grow up as actors have moved on, the show has been closed down but people are still fightng amongst themselves! Whats wrong in that! She talked sense which appeared to you as bashing!

she warned that if similar discussion will again take place she will close the topic. Again what wrong did she say? When repeatedly same topics are made and in those topics only fight take place, what will a mod do? They have to close it only!

people first need to get their acts right before blaming others.
