This is a great topic, and I love the suggestions already posted. I would really love something like an e-restraining order, but of course it may be difficult to implement. I have seen people who enter threads not just to discuss things, but to actually insult a member or a celebrity, and constantly instigate. I mean negative and constructive criticism is good, we all do it, but here I mean actually insulting, and this is not only limited to Nkapoor3, or anyone else already mentioned here.
An ignore option, or maybe "tag as spam" kind of option that you see on different websites may work; where the topic maker may have the power to hide the unnecessary, rude comments? Because reporting is not enough sometimes. For example, if desigal90 posts a Kareena topic, and sees Nkapoor3 post something rude repeatedly, and she does not stop doing so, maybe desigal90 can have the power to hide those posts before others come in and reply to Nkapoor3, and the whole topic is ruined (I am saying this because I have been in the position where I have replied back to Nkapoor3, and she takes things to the next level, changes the topic, and continues to bash Kareena and instigate). I know this is farfetched and will be difficult to implement, but really just asking the people to stay awaydoes not work.Or maybe, like on Facebook, you can customize who can't see certain parts of your profile etc., maybe topic makers should have the power to 'customize' and choose who is notallowed to post in their topic? Can a system like that be implemented? There just needs to be some kind of blocking system.I mean, unless of course as per restraining orders in real life, when people who are told not to enter threads of another person (ie. Nkapoor3 enterting desigal90's thread when warned to not do so), get some kind of punishment, then itmay work. Like, banning them, maybe? However, with that, they may remake andmayimprove their behaviour, or might just continue to enter the other's thread despite getting banned over and over again. Why isn't action taken towards people who have been banned, and remake? I have seen people who are banned, and they remake the next minute, and continue to bash others, and the moderators take no action against them. That problem needs to be solved as well - some kind of reinforcement against people who constantly remake!I hope this issue is resolved soon!

What about
EnycedollHotmessDazellChocolover89BlueiceNituI dont understand why you dont just get the hint that people are annoyed. Its like you're in denial or something. And when facts are shown, you ignore the ones that dont go with your mindset and block everything out.A MATURE individual doesnt like to be called annoying. A MATURE individual, when he/she gets the hint that they're annoying people, decide to change their behavior. But wow, you are just something else.
