I like the idea of the ignore button. I hope they do it. It will lessen the stress. It's not fair for certain people to rile up certain other people in their own threads on purpose just to do it out of enjoyment of someone's displeasure. It ruins the integrity of the thread for everyone involve. Out Of Sight Out of Mind!

i agree, this thing needs to be sorted out

we all have our dislikes, but constant bickering is just annoying.

one should post a view and then leave the thread, no need to constantly quoting ppl..and restate the same thing over and over🥱

Edit : just had a chance to read some of the posst and Ignore button sounds like a good idea👍🏼

This is a great topic, and I love the suggestions already posted. I would really love something like an e-restraining order, but of course it may be difficult to implement. I have seen people who enter threads not just to discuss things, but to actually insult a member or a celebrity, and constantly instigate. I mean negative and constructive criticism is good, we all do it, but here I mean actually insulting, and this is not only limited to Nkapoor3, or anyone else already mentioned here.

An ignore option, or maybe "tag as spam" kind of option that you see on different websites may work; where the topic maker may have the power to hide the unnecessary, rude comments? Because reporting is not enough sometimes. For example, if desigal90 posts a Kareena topic, and sees Nkapoor3 post something rude repeatedly, and she does not stop doing so, maybe desigal90 can have the power to hide those posts before others come in and reply to Nkapoor3, and the whole topic is ruined (I am saying this because I have been in the position where I have replied back to Nkapoor3, and she takes things to the next level, changes the topic, and continues to bash Kareena and instigate). I know this is farfetched and will be difficult to implement, but really just asking the people to stay away does not work.

Or maybe, like on Facebook, you can customize who can't see certain parts of your profile etc., maybe topic makers should have the power to 'customize' and choose who is not allowed to post in their topic? Can a system like that be implemented? There just needs to be some kind of blocking system.

I mean, unless of course as per restraining orders in real life, when people who are told not to enter threads of another person (ie. Nkapoor3 enterting desigal90's thread when warned to not do so), get some kind of punishment, then it may work. Like, banning them, maybe? However, with that, they may remake and may improve their behaviour, or might just continue to enter the other's thread despite getting banned over and over again. Why isn't action taken towards people who have been banned, and remake? I have seen people who are banned, and they remake the next minute, and continue to bash others, and the moderators take no action against them. That problem needs to be solved as well - some kind of reinforcement against people who constantly remake!

I hope this issue is resolved soon!

Dazzelll, Hotmess, thanks for all your suggestions.

Your feedback is very highly appreciated because I now know that I'm not alone in feeling the way I do.
Its other members as well - NEUTRAL members. And when neutral members like you reinstate what I feel, it makes me feel justified.

Aahaana has been an absolute doll and has been very kind and helpful!

I dont understand why you dont just get the hint that people are annoyed. Its like you're in denial or something. And when facts are shown, you ignore the ones that dont go with your mindset and block everything out.

A MATURE individual doesnt like to be annoying. A MATURE individual, when he/she gets the hint that they're rubbing people the wrong way, decide to change their behavior. They are willing to cooperate to reduce tension.
But wow, you are just something else. You WANT to instigate members. You ENJOY it. Why else would you be repeating the same thing over and over again when you know it just annoys her fans? Now its gotten to a point that its annoying neutral members, and I"m glad people have spoken up.

I'll add Swati to the list as well. Kudos to her for speaking up
