Not exactly, but I have a similar idea.

For the past three years, if two members have CONSTANTLY been having fights and arguments, OVER AND OVER AGAIN, WITHOUT any fail.

And all the members are tired of it, then why cant IF mods have the power to tell the two members to stay out of each other's topics atleast?

I'm one of the mentioned members. I"ve had constant bickering with a member who comes in and posts over and over again inciting Kareena fans to lash back.

I dont post any other threads but Kareena related threads. I come on IF to have a good time. But this member enters time and time again and posts OVER AND OVER AGAIN, LITERALLY to incite the fans.

9 out of 10 times - Its caused fights and the topic had to be locked.

Sick and tired of the arguments, OTHER MEMBERS on the Bolly section have complained that it ruins the threads and its annoying to go through the pages of fighting again and again.

The Mods finally decided that it would be best to tell us to ignore each other.

GREAT, I'm all for it, but its NOT possible to ignore someone who's constantly posting in your threads OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Yes I'm well aware that the IF rules dont restrict members from posting in certain topics, but this is a special case.

I'm ready to completely avoid this member and not post in her threads from here on out, but PLEASE, PLEASE I'm begging you, this needs to work out both ways. You need to force her to ignore me as well.

I'm asking for a e-restraining order.

Why dont mods have the power to take such a step? ESPECIALLY considering trouble brewing CONSISTANTLY for the past 3 years?

Go on Bolly section and ask ANYONE about me and another member, and they'll tell you about the fights.

This is my FINAL and DESPERATE attempt to seek help, but the mods on that section claim they cant do anything.
Who can help me? Can I talk to anyone?

She wont. She claims she's powerless, which frankly I dont understand. She, along with the other mods on the section, have all seen the drama and constant fights. They keep asking me to just ignore, which is ridiculous. How effectively can you ignore a fly buzzing around your face? Please tell me the trick, coz that's what its like as the member in question posts multiple times in my topics, inciting response.

Why cant mods help? I'm getting sick and tired of this and I dont know who to turn to. Can you please refer me to someone with a bit more power around here?

In that case you PM *Shruti*, she is our global mod and has more power than Bolly Forum Mod... she may take a bit of time to reply but she will surely sort out this issue if that other person is genuinely creating rifts in the forum! 😃

I'll contact Shruti right away. Infact, I think I'll link her to this topic. Surely, some mod or authority on IF actually has the power to take some action.

Its not that I dont want to cooperate, its just I'm HUMAN and 2 times out of 10, I snap. You know better, you know damn well that's not how it works.

You're the mods you know, you have certain powers. Like I said, the smart thing to do is to shut the door so the fly doesnt come in. Not open all doors and then sit here while it buzzes around your face and try to ignore.

If this isnt inciting, what is Shruti? Does this member seem like a sensible mature individual to you? She basically KNOWS that she annoys Kareena fans, and DOES IT ON PURPOSE just to rile them up.

This quote also shows that she's not willing to compromise or act with maturity, and is delusional to think that I'm obsessed with her when I'm willing to cut off COMPLETE contact, including threads made by this user.

Please note that

A) I wasnt even talking to her, I was in my thread, discussing a film with another member.

B) We have already been asked to avoid each other at this point, time and time again. Now look. The member in between Ruky, makes a reference to "mahabharat" phir shuru, meaning oh no, not again, coz this has happened SO MANY TIMES.
ALL the Kareena fans are tired of her, but just suck it up coz the mods dont do anything. I dont post in any other threads apart from just Kareena related, so 100% of my time on IF has been ruined.

Yes, the moderators should ask both parties to ignore each other and not just one. The rules on bollywood section are very wishy washy. You never know when they are established and when they are being implemented.

In fact, on another note, can we also have a feed back section for each forum where the members can post suggestions or complaints about that section's DT? The GM can then come have a look at it at her convenience and decide what to do with the suggestions/complaints?

Swati (Preity*Zinta), the ex moderator of bollywood section had posted a feedback section on bollywood forum in her time. The thread was there for 2 years or so. But now, its gone and not there under the new rule. I think it would be great if we could have it back.

I think if every forum has a stickied thread for feedback then the members can post their forum related grievances there itself instead of coming to the suggestions topic again and again.

Lastly, can we please have Swati back on the Bollywood forum DT? Seriously. She knew how to keep things under control over there. In her time, none of the shit that keeps happening these days on BS happened.

Make a Rule for or whatever suitable way for this problem posted by Desu, Warna the time will come as people will loose temper n abuses will be normal language in BS.
