Kavya, its not right for you to say how exactly a mod should be. I agree the names mentioned are gr8 dev teams, but is it because they agree to you? If a DT disagres to something a member thinks is right, we get are classed as "bad dumb mods?". Well i don't think thats fair. This is not true at all. Sam has given our CC countless warnings, and we have disagreed on a lot of matters. In fact, have exchanged some ghastly PM's with her, but I know that whenever an issue stems up, Sam will not ignore it. And she knows that simply banning members and increasing WL's isn't the solution. She has worked hard to arrive at the root of the problem and solve the matter. Ditto for Gagan, who has also given me WL's, and has locked countless topics of mine, but I think she's a great moderator, because as I said, when a problem occurs, I know she will solve it with an unbiased mind, and I admire her attempt to bring two opposing groups from the MJHT forum, creating a CC to discuss issues and lessen the animosity.Also i'd just like to point out, all DTs are different in their ways of handling forums. You either like a DT or Not. We can't copy somebody else's way of moderating.. I'm sure this is something all DTs will agree on.********Also as a member said.. "We don't wake up in the morning to just go bash on i-f".. well even the dev team doesn't wake up just to go lock your topics or to give you warnings. I can name a mod who does that. 😉
