Most members have raised a finger against the DT saying that we never put ourselves in your shoes. But have you guys ever put yourselves in our shoes? You might think well great it don't seem a lot of work, but you know what guys it is a lot of work. There is a tremadous amount that goes behind it and that too when you have to cope with all the other problems on the forum.Some day, please put yourself in the shoes of dev team members. Its not easy. If we let out even a word wrong in our replies, its quoted and then raised against us. Do you see me doing this to your replies?At this moment, i'd glad that i've resolved my differences with some members, but at the same time i've lost a day's worth of work which is now pending behind and Gagan & Preeti are covering it for me. Is that fair? Really, don't hold grudges against me just because im a Dev Team member.The DT in various sections, always try to put themselves in member's shoes, yes at times it doesn't work, but do member's ever appericate what we do for them?I feel that some members who've replied here, think being apart of the DT is a joke. We have our personal lives and problems too..at this moment i'm dreading myself cause i've got my exam results comming out tommorw, but yet i'm trying to sort this issue out with you all.. Do you really care if it gets resolved? I don't think so from what i can see.This was not to make issues more worse..just my inner thoughts at this moment.
If you can't handle replying and this topic and doing your viewbing, maybe you should quit the job. Like you said, no one forced this on you, so why are you complaining? If you don't see appriciation, maybe you aren't doing your job correctly. There are a few mods who HIGHLY get appriciated. Why? Simply because they choose to understand members. You and Gagan moderate the same forum (MJHT). She's more appriciated, because she approches problems in a more friendly manner, rather than TELLING the members what to do. Never forget, people DO have the right to speak. The funny thing is, YOU always try to stop them by closing topics that critize the show. By raising warning levels, you really think the member would stop sharing his/her opinion? By banning IP addresses, do you REALLY think that with today's technology, people will stop coming here?! Who are we kidding, you can get around anything these days, forget IP addresses.
And bold - YES. What do you mean that you don't do this to our replies?! That's freaking your job, and if you DON'T do that, clearly you arent doing your job.
