also,kindly read the reports i have sent against a particular member who attacks us and needles us.please do not ignore the report.it is a valid and genuine report and the members posts violate more than 1 IF coc.starting afresh would entitle you to look at the posts in an unbiased manner.if a warning is issued for instigatory/flaming posts to one member,it should be send to all members who violate IF cocs.

Some of the Poems which are posted are infact funny, but don't amuse the people who they are about. DB, as far as I remember, I never add anything 'savory' or 'uncalled for' in my posts about OTHERS UNLESS I feel compelled to do so when I find some members deriding my views or mentioning me or my friends in their posts by passing snide remarks at us, even then I only resort to sarcasm while shooting back my retorts and don't talk anything about their personality/comment on them on a personal level. My criticism, mostly pertains only to the show , its CHARACTERS which DO NOT EXIST FOR REAL FYI and the show's 'creatives'. And my criticism of the creatives also questions only their abilities as a creative team who pen the show, I NEVER remarked about them as persons either. So, there is NO question, whatsoever, of ME saying ANYTHING to ANYONE which I WOULD NOT LIKE to hear about myself.

Let us presume that I am okay with being bashed by some members who do it openly, then going by your statement I can bash them back because I am cool with listening to the negative things they say about me, is it not?

@Kavya, i did not accuse you only, i've said that in general - many members do that.

Also as i say before, its best to report any snide remarks against you to the dev team..you don't need to take things into your hands as it will make things worse. If somebody is saying something against you, report it and we can handle it.

You've accepted that at times you yourself can post sarcasm replies.. do you see how it could maybe affect other people? I know everyone has their own opinion, but all you need to do is report rather than taking things into your own hands.

One will always be the bigger person if they don't relaliate and simply forward the issue to the DT.

@: mjhtac : The DT Will look into the issues, as far as the warning is concerned, i've spoken to the member concerned when it was raised, and also told her when it will be reduced. Just simple wait and it will be done once we see improvment of such on the forum. Deal?

soha...exactly what iv been trying to say! a mod,however rude/unsavory he might be,manages to get away without a scratch.a member gets her warning level raised.a member who is a friend of the mod gets away with the same behavior.IF COCs doesnt apply to mods/friends of mods.if it did,a certain member should have been ideally banned by now.
and im sure these points will be ignored.

You are right, different people think differently. And that's my point. You, and other members, felt that Neha's post was mocking the DEV team, and violating rules, therefore she recieved a warning. But what about those that felt that your warning, along with others posted in the past, were violating rules?

I'm not trying to beat this matter to death, because there are other larger issues lingering around this forum, such as the unfair treatment of members, based on your personal hate and bias, as experienced with Trina1's moderation.

I wrote the exact same thing that was written in another forum while giving in the forum.. It was the SAME tone used by DT.. I dunno how it was any thing different

And then the mods say "Freedom of speech" is allowed..

Clearly it is NOT.

@: mjhtac : Is that refering to me?? I've never supported a "freind". Sorry but i'm not understanding what your trying to say. Also i'm not replying to any more posts concering the WL in IPL. That has been dealt with, and the warning will be decreased when the time comes.

@bold ...now is a good time to reduce the warning dont u think so?since we are starting afresh and everything?again this is a suggestion thread and im giving my suggestion,not questioning the Dev Team.

edit:i didnt read this reply properly.sorry.my mistake.i was talking about warning the other member who has been reported against.kindly look into her posts and my reports and let me know why she hasnt been issued with a warning yet.the posts are full blown examples of instigatory/flaming remarks.

@red: a forum will not improve unless equality is maintained.bias will result in more ill feeling towards the mods,especially if action is taken against one member and another member is continually spared
