Here Kavya:
Defintion for Improve/
1. to increase in value, excellence, etc.; become better: The military situation is improving.
2. to make improvements, as by revision, addition, or change: None of the younger violinists have been able to improve on his interpretation of that work.

DB

I will just say one major grouse I have with you before moving to other things..

ofcourse u are the moderating team and fine u can do anything u want..

I am unable to see why you cannot just give to a warning and stick with it..I dont see why u have to see extra decoration to every warning and make it sound smart

ur warning may have been even right... but do u know that most people dont likable or may even find offensive that they are being made fun of in a warning..

in a neutral perspective..I can quote this one to prove the extra decorations u use

Quit Chatting Nonsense to on another..and GROW UP! - if you can learn to use a big volcabulary and type, i'm sure you all have some maturety in yourselfs to respect others views and opinions.

AGAIN
I am not questioning the validity of ur warnings or actions... please read again if u dont get it..

anyways the links u asked for

http://india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=1206680&PID=22729892&#22729892

YEA
last but not least
on nehas warning... ok fine u warned and everything
what was that "learn to respect " bit? extra decoration? u could have stopped with the warning\

and NO we did NOT discuss this on I-F..so we are safe from the COC i think :)

I am well acquainted with the dictionary definition DB 😊 😊 I want to know exactly WHAT you EXPECT from us when you say "improve the way you post"? You are NOT answering to the point and I have already read Shruti's post, who , BTW, seems to be having only that ONE NOTE for an answer every time we question her about something. I just want you to be SPECIFIC and not GENERAL. I hope you are getting my question here.

@: Caro - Alright, i see where you are comming across. As i've mentioned before the Tone in which the DT speaks has noticed to be harsh and that is something we'll improve on. If this issue was some how brought up before we could of resolved it then only.

Also like i've said to a few other members here, we are also normal members who get angry. I can clearly see how this might of made it seem like i was trying to boss people around and all, but to be honest it was just pure frustration that took over. I'm sure both you and I know that we can't do anything about issues which have happened in the past, but we can all improve for a better forum. What say?
Edit: The Learn to respect bit was added for a reason. nobody can publically bash/mock somebody and then ask for respect in return. I simply gave my reply in that sense. I don't want to talk about Neha's warning as thats a closed chapter. Any more questions brought up about that warning will be ignored from my side :)

By improving, DB means no negativity or harshness. So much for freedom of speech, eh? Oh but WAIT, didn't DB just say that DEV team has to use a harsh/negative tone? *scratches head*... so you're basically saying, that mods are exempt from the rules that other members have to follow, which thus proves my points and contradicts yours.
The warning for the spoof is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. I guess some people had their sense of humor surgically removed at a tender age.
I guess spoofing a warning, which is absolutely harmless, is seen as a crime, but splashing shit all over a members face, judging their character, and demeaning them is perfectly alright.

@: Kavya, there have been inncidents in the past where members have posted in such a way which bursts an outbreak between other members on the forum. When you post or criticise, please make sure you don't add anything savoury or uncalled for that you wouldn't like listening about yourself.
Some of the Poems which are posted are infact funny, but don't amuse the people who they are about. Don't get me wrong, there have been many times when i myself like reading your topics, but then there are times when members who post in CJ or IPL forget that what they might post might hurt somebody.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I didn't find anything threatening or harsh about giving a fake warning just for fun.

@:roxthefox - I've answered your question before..there is no use of using foul language like this.

Also i would like to ask you a question. Do you really want a conclusion for this or are you just wasting my time and yours? please kindly read the replies i've given to pervious concerns. I don't think i have the time to tangle myself in games, but i'm simply answering questions..Hope this makes it clear:)

Yes, but like normal people on IF, you don't face the consequences. 😆
