When we first started our CC, entitled Partners in Crime, some of us were discussing our WL, which we didn't know was against the rules, since, you know, EVERYONE ON IF TALKS ABOUT THEIR WL'S! An entire CC thread closed for a few posts discussing WL's.

A particular mod and her friends, from a different section, asked the CC mod to do a little favor. Please note the beautiful words of wisdumb showered upon us 😊

It's only once in a lifetime we get to see such shameless losers on IF, who boastfully talks about their warning levels in an open forum like this. Since this is what you all wish for, you are getting a rise in your warning meter yet again. As you got no plans to mend your ways, I think for the betterment of the section this chat club would remain locked until further notice. We can't let the atmosphere to be tarnished this way with such daring members like you all are. However I have decided because you all are creating a bad influence on the members, we won't let you have one chat club/fan club until you learn to behave properly. If you have any sense of worth then I hope this matter would not be stretched any more, but if you are ignorant enough then any more topics made on this issue will meet the trash bin right away.

Still I gave you all a chance, to see if there was any further improvement in any of you. But I was absolutely wrong! You all have chosen to be deaf and dumb; accordingly it has left me with no options.

This Chat Club is deliberately used to instigate fights in other forums, which can never be endured in IF. Hence, this CC will immediately be locked. None of you are given the permission to open the next CCs, until you all learn to behave properly. I don't wish to receive any apology PMs or whatsoever, you all have done enough to hoist chaos in this Forum. Any more CCs opened by any of you, it will reach straight to the trash bin.

well,DB i have another request as well...why dont u reduce neha's W/L s just this once?the issue has been resolved,right?both parties have apologized.we are ready to start afresh,so why not give her a chance?lets say u can issue her a fresh warning if u notice no "improvement in behavior"....[which incidentally is the exact tone a parent would employ to discipline a five year old,but we are not getting into that topic again,are we?].and this is just one time she has spoofed the Dev Team.u will find thousands of posts in which other members have openly used "bashing" tone against the Dev Team.You yourself have admitted on IBL that u have a long hate list on the mjht forum.are u going to issue warning to the member who awarded u with "hitler of mjht forum" award as well?for reference ,check mjht member awards thread.if u find that "funny" u most definitely will find nehas spoof "funny" as well.whats more,she didnt direct it at u.

i thought starting over meant starting over on BOTH sides

@:mjhtac lol i did find the award funny and i even used it in my sig..but as the warning is concerned..i can't make a decision on that on my own ..I'll have to talk 2 other DTs before comming to a conclusion.

Kavya, I read that thread, and everyone who slandered Shabnam in that thread, decided to stalk her, gatecrash our CC, wreak havoc. The best part about this is, that WE got a warning for it.

One Thing I'd Like to ask all the members posting here now..

Most members have raised a finger against the DT saying that we never put ourselves in your shoes. But have you guys ever put yourselves in our shoes? I've seen several posts about how corruput the Dev Team is. I'm speaking for myself here. I know members will say that nobody asked me to sign up for the job, but that was my own will. I don't see no apperication what so ever from anyone for what the DT Does?

I'm talking as a normal member, hear me out - When the DT Comes online we are flooded with over 20 PMs, with complaints with requests with help. We take it slow to answer them all, but the next day we get double the amount. Thats one thing, secondly i myself have been working so hard for MJHT Section, currently there are 4 contests up on the forum. You might think well great it don't seem a lot of work, but you know what guys it is a lot of work. There is a tremadous amount that goes behind it and that too when you have to cope with all the other problems on the forum.

Some day, please put yourself in the shoes of dev team members. Its not easy. If we let out even a word wrong in our replies, its quoted and then raised against us. Do you see me doing this to your replies?

At this moment, i'd glad that i've resolved my differences with some members, but at the same time i've lost a day's worth of work which is now pending behind and Gagan & Preeti are covering it for me. Is that fair? Really, don't hold grudges against me just because im a Dev Team member.

The DT in various sections, always try to put themselves in member's shoes, yes at times it doesn't work, but do member's ever appericate what we do for them?

I feel that some members who've replied here, think being apart of the DT is a joke. We have our personal lives and problems too..at this moment i'm dreading myself cause i've got my exam results comming out tommorw, but yet i'm trying to sort this issue out with you all.. Do you really care if it gets resolved? I don't think so from what i can see.

This was not to make issues more worse..just my inner thoughts at this moment.
