- Lala moves shaguns hand and then goes for the recorded. but then her hand goes back on his. And he moves it then it falls back on his and he gives up and just sits by the bed. & falls asleep. shagun wakes up and she see's him and smiles. He wakes back up and says.. i will have to do this tommrow, n says might as well go to sleep.
- Morning.. Lala wakes up LQQk's around and see's shaguns not in the room. he goes and searches under the bed. and shagun walks in and says what are you looking for.She says are you looking for this; holding the taperecorder in her hand. She thanks him for keeping it safe and says tht now i will keep it save. Lala says yes you keep it & ask's what's in it. Shagun says u dont know.. whats in it? you didnt listen to it. lala says no what's in it? & shagun thinks thats its good u haven't heard it or you would have been trouble with the child. Lala says let me listen to it. SHagun says when the time comes then .. & lala says now i am out of work.
- The whole family is together and the father-in-law says Sumir we have 5 coror. The f-in-law says now we have gotten a 2 coror contract which i want you to handle. lala gets happy and triv. and shakti get shocked. And fe says I want you to b the companys Chairmen and Shakti is shocked. The older brother says yes it wud b nice to see u in the office. the f-in-law ask's shakti what he thinks..?? and Shakti says what's there to think about & says Welcome to the company. the f-in-law says tht tonight the lawyer is comming and once again u have to sign the papers. and Shakti and Triveni are shocked while lala seems happy.
- Triv. says did u see the look in his eyes. That lala will handle our company now; i see everything leaving us.. im scared tht lala might take advantage of the situation. Shakti says my innoncent mother what are you talking about hes a theif a lil theif. He is in my hand. i have brought him in the world as sumir and i know very well how to send him to the other world i know tht very well. Lala is by the door and hears everything . Shakti says Just once let him do our work and then i'll take him out like a fly in a milk and throw him out. Lala is still by the door. Then shakti notices something and goes to the door. and Lala has disappeared. lala gets angry. And Triv. says what happened was anybody over there. and Shakti says i thought there was but there was no one. Triv. says what will we do tonite the wakeel is coming tonight. He says i know what to doo..
- lala is in the room and says what will i do now; the son and mother are after my neck and now i know tht these two killed Sumir. The matter seems to be gettin deep.. lala says i have to be careful and shakti comes in and says whats wrong lala. Lala says what will i think about. Shakti says look today my dad is going to give everything in your name today and tht too in front of everyone and says now you have to say infront of every1 that you cannot handle the job due to ur lack of memory and that you need my help. and name everythin in my name. lala says just tell me what i have to say and i will say just that. Shakti narrates the plan... Lala says what a clever brother he is what will i do
- The wakeel is over and gives the paper to the father in law. First the f-in-law signs the papers and then gives it to Lala and says from now on you will again handle the business and Lala says before i do tht i would like to say somethin he says the power of attorney i want you to.. put it in Shaguns name. Shakti and Triveni are shocked/angry. the dad says that fine if tht is ur decision that thats what will happen. Shakti looks at Lala in anger.
- Lala is walking and Shakti grabs him and pulls him into the room. Shakti says what have u done. Lala says what wrong have i done i was just thinking in yur favor. Lala says to triv. make your son eat badaam (almondS) he is very stupid you people are smart and im not but pls think with ur brain Lala says that you told me to win Shaguns rishwaas and thats what i was doing and puting the power in her name. he adds in tht fine you dont trust me i will just go and tell papa ji to put everything in my name Shakti says Wait. im sorry i thought you were wrong and says i want shaguns sig. on the paper as soon as possible. lala says okay fine.. ab main jaoo and says okay mom jee bye and Lala smiless
- Shagun says why did you put everything in my name. lala says because i feel you are the only one i can trust and you will never betray me. Shagun says you may not have yur memory back but your thinking is definetly like Sumirs. Sumir says but i want to remember everything please tell me the last time we met what happened pls tell me. and Shagun looks a lil worried. and says you are asking but i cannot understand what to tell u and what not to tell you. Lala says what r u thinking pls tell me. Shagun says its late i think u shud sleep. and we will talk tommrow Sumir says pls tell mee .. and Shagun tells him everything leaving out the details of the child. While shes telling the story Lala seems to be gettin a little flashback.
- Lala is lying down and remebers Shakti's words. Lala says that this Shakti seems to be getting dangerous. He wants to send me to the other world. lala says Life is more important than money. Leave lala leavee.. and he gets up. He opens the door to leave and turns around and looks at Shagun n remebers the day when he fed her and the day @ the mandir. Also, how he felt when he hugged his dad and brother. Says since i've been here the family has given me everything love and trust and Shagun trusts me very much if i leave her she will be broken. And god will never forgive me. I have to for this family and shagun i have to outsmart Triveni and SHakti now i will trap them in my plan...
