Sita speaks to the statue of raghunandan. She says she is waiting to handover her sons to him in ayodha. Note Narayans Leela here he doesn't make her walk into ayodha again. Her bhoomipravesh happens in this ashram itself.
And cv's opened a loop and as far as Skr screenplay is concerned from kulguru to Mathas have been a part of the hypocrisy directly or indirectly so when ram asks for an alternate for aswamedh yag instead of remarrying, kulguru suggesting won't make much sense. Here we see Sita already giving ram the alternative.
@ shruthi Di great analysis especially loved the portrayal of ram siya happy in their own way and not gloomy

@sanju kulguru Vashistha have always directly or indirectly propagated gender bias in supporting the king to send girls to lure Rishisringa. No where you can justify sending a woman to lure a man and such a sanskriti it is better they don't speak about sanskaar.
Kausalya's spend her days taking care of a baby girl's murti in private and Ram will show his grief showing a murti of a woman in public.
@ayushi whether in tetra yuga or present yuga the struggle for a noble woman and noble man is still the same. Whether it is Sita, whether it is Panchali or the present day lady . Noble men will be able to support a noble lady if she stand up for herself. When a lady liberates herself from the clutches of society, she liberates a man too.

I loved the way of perception creation by CVs. So Luv-Kush sees king of Ayodhya Ram for the first time, who has come to protect them. The kids don't know the one who is standing in front of them is their father. But what do they observe. A warrior par excellence. A man who says he has given a vachan to his wife that he will give anyone a chance to reform to themselves before fighting with them. They hear Lavanasur calling him Maryadapurushottam. The kids are impressed. You know the super man kids feel about their father's. He can solve all problems. So that is what Ram is for them or rather that is what king of Ayodhya is for them.

Now I love another interesting aspect here. I don't know whether CVs have meant anything by it, but the fact that Lavanasur has taken the boys of Ayodhya, not the girls. The boys have been in the custody of Lavanasur. But Ayodhya will take them back. No impurity will be attached to these boys. Even Luv-Kush has been part of that custody. So when people say Sita was in custody of Ravan so she became impure I am not sure but I feel Luv-Kush will raise this question. Didn't the boys who were in the custody of Lavanasur become impure. How can they be pure, if someone ends up in a man's custody becomes impure. Ayodhya will have no answer and their gender disparity will come to the fore. Ayodhya can give no justification for not treating the boys captured by Lavanasur impure. I hope CVs have that line of thought when they made this asur capture boys of Ayodhya along with Luv-Kush.

Now Sita. Valmiki tells Sita the king of Ayodhya will surely come to rescue boys. But she says it is the duty of the mother to protect her children. Here we see a very strong lady who is not expecting any favour from anyone. She is alone and raising her children. Her children are in trouble. So she will take action. But the moment she sees Ram she backs off. That shows Sita as a wife. When she first went she was a woman, a mother. But when she sees her husband she becomes wife. She knows what he is capable of. She trusts him to rescue the children and decides to wait. It shows a woman takes a weapon only when it is needed absolutely. But if it is needed she should be capable of taking it.

Indeed interesting point Di luv and kush who have grown in the realm of Prakriti might put forth this question to the praja of ayodha. Luv and kush grew up respecting ram and today they meet their idol in unforeseen circumstances and have got the right perception of Shri ram. The questioning might happen but in no way will it strain the father son relation. I was reminded of ur post presence of mind, observation and focus lakshman and today again that's what we saw. Kush is truly like Sita and hope we get to see luv also meeting ram tomorrow.

Shruthi... SKR seems to evoke amazing responses in you and every analysis is so diverse and thought provoking. Our society seems to have multiple yardsticks that prompt us to question was/is it a fair one. Whether it be with wealth access to knowledge or opportunities for growth and development.
A male is always treated as a coveted being and a woman can be easily bartered sacrificed ignored or humiliated if it would further the agenda of our patriarchal society. A learned woman like Gargi and the Dhobis daughter or the kings or the queen ...none escaped/s society's parochial treatment.

@vidya SKR screenplay has impressed me. In the first post in this forum I had mentioned I have certain questions on AP and Sita banishment. More than AP on Sita banishment. As I had always believed Ram the 7th avatar of Vishnu would not have done anything without a reason. The intend of Ram's action which the normal Ramayana has eluded me always I felt SKR can give. Because it is the perspective from the victim that is Sita who has suffered the banishment. And if there is one person in the world who can vindicate Ram and tell the world why he is Maryadapurushottam it is Sita herself.
And it didn't disappoint me. It beautifully unveiled Vishnu's Moh Maya. From the way Sita heard about Ram, when she saw Ram, when she walked with him and when she took the vanvas for his sake. .
It is always the choice Maryada ya Bandhan. Both paths are tough. Maryada tougher than bandhan in this parochial society. Difference of Gargi and Sita is that they chose maryada. They lived the life as per their choices, even with compulsions they accepted it whole heartedly, stood up to it, fought it and never complained or expected anything from anyone.
Whereas woman like Shanta, Kausalya, Mandodari were in bandhan. They suffered in private, showing the world they are happy. They accepted the hypocrisy as part of life
Sulo and Surpi is other end of the spectrum. Shout, question, demand. yes they lose out in the end, but even for them the life is their choice.
It is just about freewill and selfish. In freewill you burn and destroy others, in freewill you burn and give light. In hypocrisy it looks as if you are giving light, but the fact is you are not destroying one generation, but more than one generation. You see it clearly in MB where the vachan palan by Bhishma ended up destroying 4 generations of Kuruvansh. In Kaliyug well I don't know how many generations hypocrisy will take. Because we have more Bhishma's, Dasratha's, Kausalaya's , Shanta's in midst of us.
