Today's is not going to be a lengthy analysis. It is going to be short. 2 people have come for the final battle. Only one of them can survive. That's what happens always when dharma and adharma come face to face. Only one survives that will be always dharma. Today what I saw was an interesting parallel between Ram -Ravan fight and Bhima-Duri fight.

See both fights are the last ones. But then the victory is not coming. After coming so close to victory, victory is not coming to you. You fail again and again. If you see Ram defeats Ravan many times. But still ravan comes back.

Bhim hit Dury again and again. But that doesn't affect him. What is the lesson. Usually Dharma goes by the rule of the book. For Ram if you take head death has to happen. But surprisingly it doesn't happen. For Bhima he hits Dury as per the rules of Gadha yudh. Nothing happens. Does that means they are invincible. No. Every human has to die if born. That is universal truth. It is just that you are missing something. You need to have out of the box thinking or lateral thinking to handle such situation as defeat again and again can tire you.

Here Hanuman shows intelligence. He understands some problem and goes in search of Vibishan. In MB Krishna creates the vulnerability and indicates Bhima. In Ramayana it is aiming at another body part, and in MB is to think outside the rules of Gadha yudh. Because if dharma has to win, against the man who used adharma for the war, adharma has to be used.

One of the key things that we need to remember is for whose in power, their real power will be something else. It is to understand that real power we need to spend energy. We should not be attacking the person, but the power the person has. We fail because we are only looking at the person not the power

Now coming to the last part where Ram remembers Sita's pain. That is the biggest strength or Shakthi of a man. And nothing comes against it. Pain of a loved one. Especially wife , child or mother in case of a man and husband or child in case of a woman. If the hurt is given to these people, nothing can stop the fury of a man who takes the Rudra avatar and or a woman who takes Kali avatar. That's why Dharma always uses pain as the medium for its work. Pain is given always to fight against adharma. Unfortunately people succumb to it than rise from it.

Brilliant post Di 👏
U make analysis on the stuffs which one can never even imagine of !! Bhima- Duri nd RamRavan!! Wat a comparison ..

Just a small thing I felt, thought of sharing, I don't know if it's right or not, 😆
(Copy pasting what I wrote in another thread)

Today I saw Ram's pain manifesting as anger.. and even if Ram was right, it was not easy for him to defeat Ravan.. As negative forces are in much greater in number , than positive forces.. but positive forces are much stronger .. And this theory was brilliantly portrayed by SKR. Ravan (negativity) much more in number, but Ram (positivity) much stronger... negativity will surround u from all sides, but u need to break free , that's what Ram did.. and that final roar for Sita's pain manifesting as Ram's power ... brilliant it was!!

@aditi you explained my last para in a better way. When we fail we see negativity all around us, we feel we cannot win. That's when pain comes handy. Pain becomes the driving force. Ram's driving force was his loved one's pain. The way Ravan took Sita as told to him by Jatayu. His wife's helplessness alone in that aircraft. Her tears sitting alone under that tree. If you have seen Star MB you can see the parallel when Bhima drags Dussashan. I had watched that episode multiple times. With each blow Bhima remembering the way Dussashan dragged Panchali. The way he pushed her. The way he tried to unrobe her.
It is natural expression of pain when you see the tormentor of your loved one at your feet. A husband will feel it, a father will feel it, a brother will feel it
That is what I don't like in EKs show also. She suppresses the natural expression of rage as forgiveness. As Mahanta. It doesn't happen like that.

Adhbut Ramayana actually.
This is known for making Sita greater than Shri Rama in all turns.

Yes Di, it was the pain which took form of anger... those FBs of Sita haran and Ram making Ravan to bear the same pain, was such a heart tearing moment...
Agree , Star MB's Dusshasan death was also like that, he was dragged by hair and Draupadi FBs were really heartbreaking...

Di I don't know about EK shows 😆... but what I really liked here was that while the yudh was all about Ram as a human, as a husband, his ardent love , his pain , but when Ravan was at death bed, it was all about Ram as a God, who is ready to punish Ravan for his wrongdoings but also respects the knowledge he has. Perfect blend of human and divine characteristics...
