Good episodes that carry the story forward seamlessly. But the cvs did miss one or two important scenes...One as I have mentioned before the Ram-shabari samwaad could have been more eloquent and now Ram- giving the ring to Hanuman before the search for Sita begins was missed by the creatives{unless they show it in a flashback},It is one of the scenes of Ramayan where the confidence and trust shown by Ram on Hanuman, highlights the beauty of the relationship of a devotee and his god...now to the episodes .Janhavi I hope I get their dates right...22nd June
Mandodri realizes that compelling someone to accept your dictates {even if it is right} extracts a heavy price from her too. Mandodri has unfortunately left it a little too late for her efforts to save her husband ...though may not be too late to save her kingdom. Sita's concern for the people of Lanka seems to be a forerunner for the people of Ayodhya...as the same concern drives her to sacrifice her family and Ram and embark on an unseen journey alone. Meanwhile Ram talks to about Sita's qualities to the Vanars thereby taking the search for her from a personal to a universal realm of righteousness. Ram leads by example while Krishna teaches by letting us experience the various paths.

Sita manages to inject Ravan with fear of repercussions for his actions by taking the form of Kali in his dream. Loved that scene -a strong message for Ravan.@janhavi-fear is divided into various types-the one that acts as a speed breaker that checks our bad decisions, then there is the fear that completely overtakes your ability to act{a destructive one} and then another form where it drives you to act stupidly and spirals you to your destruction faster-Like Manthra's actions and now Ravan's noisy threats.
Today Ravan dismissed Sita's strength by using the word 'Bandhan'...made me recollect her discussion with Ram about Maryada and bandhan.
Can I say without sounding mushy{I hate that}that the tears flowing from her eyes showing in Ram's wet eyes was quite beautiful especially with the background of rain and the solitariness of top of the mountain...a visual treat indeed.
24th june...Ravan's fears propels him to use the strength of women to protect Lanka from Ram and his army...What a delightful irony! Sursa,Simhika and Lankani representing Water, fire and air are at the dark end of the same spectrum which at the other end is represented by Urmila,Mandavi and Shutkirti. There Sita is followed by her three sisters and in Lanka she is the cause for the other three's initiation into their roles...
Sita is impressive in her interactions with Ravan. After each of their skirmishes end in his defeat ,he seems to be weakening in his defensive measures...She has started this and Hanuman will sound the death knell ...All this even before Ram embarks on his mission...What else is this if not Hari's maya😉.
