I am new to the forum and loving SKR!

I am curious, when do we think the wedding will take place? The Maha episode seems to be about Ravana, not the wedding. The actors probably need a break from the swaymvar shooting, and I think SP would promo the wedding for at least a week before showing it.

I guess this week will be about Kakeiye's disapproval, and next week about the families' meeting? Anyone know the folklore or stories of what happens between the swaymvar and the wedding?

Basically, I am wondering how long we have to wait till the big day! Hopefully not more than 1-2 weeks 😊

I don't mind if they drag the wedding.. Want to see scenes between Sita Ram and lakshman urmila before they get hitched!! All the lovely scenes bfr marriages

Read somewhere that they will start shooting for the wedding seq sometime in Fev

Oh, I agree! I would love to see some cute scenes between Ram and Sita that show WHY the two of them are meant to be. And among the the other 3 brothers and 3 sisters. I just wonder what they are going to show - hopefully not too much filler.

And, I don't want too much Kakeiye drama... she frustrates me and I would hate to watch 2 weeks of her "natak." I know every wedding sequence needs some conflict, but her conflict seems so unnecessary and I don't think was in the original versions of the various Ramayans.

Shooting for wedding in February? That's good news and is coming up soon! Maybe we can expect a Valentine's Day Wedding?? Exciting! 😛😛

i dunn know whether there is such important stories btwn the swayamvar and marriage but hope cv's ll do something as everyone wants to see some good lovey dovey scenes btwn ram and sita
before marriage
and also there is a huge fan following of lakshmila love story (i am one of them 😳 )
i dunn mind them dragging the wedding if we are getting good dose of RamSita and LakshMila scenes 😊

I agree! I am not liking this KKs drama at all.. Completely unnecessary... Wonder what her issue is.. She loved Sita ugh as far as I know

Laksmila stories would be really fun to watch and I think are shown in different versions of Ramayana. Hopefully they show some of that! Otherwise, it would seem too rushed that all 4 couples get married without having any connection.

I am crossing my fingers for no filler, less conflict, and lots of romance over the next few weeks!

Wedding shooting will start somewhere in 1 st week of feb as informed by Karan yesterday in chat session so they will stretch it for long.

Let all the jodis get along and KK settle her problem. For this some time has to lapse then comes wedding season! So stay back and enjoy the epic as it unfolds.

Another question - anyone know how the Kaikeye drama gets resolved? Since it's not in the versions of Ramayana I know, is there folklore on how she gets convinced? Maybe she thinks Bharata should be married at the same too, but if she thinks Mithila is too "low" for Ram, I wonder why she ever agrees to Bharata marrying there also.
