@Shruthi: Yes, I was quite busy with work for some days.
Nicely pointed out the event of Guru Vishwamitra saving Lakshman. Somewhat this show always reminds me about the guru-shishya relation. Now I can understand why drona (though he was not completely right) was too partial towards arjun, its the charm of the student which makes the guru select them as an ideal student.

Whatever path Ram went through (except for single marriage), he made Arjun to explore the path in his way. Why Krishna did not have such a powerful guru like Vasishta or vishwamitra?

@Ramya your answer is in the question itself. Krishna came to give direction. He was Poornavatar. His knowledge was at a different level. If you see he teaches everyone. From his birth parents, to his foster parents, even to his guru Sandeepani. It was a reverse process. Humanity learned from him. He was a change agent and who gave the knowledge in BG to his most trusted friend Arjuna.

@Shruthi: Yeah, u r absolutely right. I just wonder how beautiful is each avatar of Vishnu. He learned everything (though he himself knows it) in treta yug and delivered it in dwapara yug. So what about kaliyug? Will it be an experimental demo session again?

As we look back our scientific discovery, most of the progress was done during world war I and II. So inventions and discovery happens only when the time demands it. Thus as the world is going to the stage which is beyond repair, is it not the time for vishnu to take his kalki avatar?

@Ramya whatever is needed to give he has given. It is there in BG. With his grace, with abject surrender to him the way Arjuna did we can make the changes in the world. That I guess is Hari's expectation in Kaliyug.
Because in Kaliyug it is impossible for a single man to do anything. Everyone has to rise to the occasion. That is why the knowledge giving away happened in dwapar yug for a human. So that the human race learns, understands.
I don't know what is Kalki, but I believe it is the realization of God in everyone of us to make the change. Just my POV.
Modern world made great strides in physical space, but went detoriating in inner space. Physical space reduced, mental barriers increased. Technology is almost making us robots, whereas connected to roots and spirituality keeps the analytical mind active in us.

@bold: True. We have everything, we know everything but we hardly implement what we learned. Change is something which we cant expect from outside unless we have them in ourself. So even my view about kalki is "It is not some external avatar of vishnu, its our own aatma gyan, knowing ourself".
@green: well said. It is not just science which answers our questions always. It is our own spirituals which many of us fail to value.

Hi Ramya
A beautiful post from you 👍🏼

Agree the mentor disciple relationship is the deepest equation...
It's the duty of the teacher to pave a path for the students and teach them the right things at the right moment..
The students owe everything to their teachers and to follow their teaching in the right way is the foremost duty of a student..

Nowadays where do we find such students or teachers...
VM gave the gift of brahma vidya to Ram and lakshman and like true disciples they used the knowledge for the protection of mankind
