Backlash won't be strong because Veer-Ruhaan aren't some childhood friends , Veer didn't helped him in getting new life or some very big things. MishVeer mostly had a 1 year old relationship and not from years and not at married. And most importantly they are yet to accept the feelings and act upon. And let's hope it don't go to that extent. I am still not getting why is it so difficult to give a mature love story even without any trps pressure
