See the thing is no one knows what the story is going to be like. Are they going to have similar parallels? One is a career woman and one is very girly girl, desi heroine?

Or are they going to show one "spoilt" child versus one "savitri".

So far SBRK has been pretty "realistic" no one is over the top , so maybe they will show two normal characters?

A lot of casting decisions will depend on these assumptions. I hope they dont show EMA again. Matlab, parents ki life mein EMA aur bacho ki life mein bhi EMA?

I think the girls will be still young..early 20s...remember Mauli and nandu were both in their thirties and married for a few years...Mauli was already a gynaecologist ...so she had to have been in her 30 s..she would have finished medical school at 23 or 24 and then another 5 years of specializing in gynae...so mauli and nandu were older..But the girls probably could be college going age ...if they took a 15 to 20 years leap..

seen some episodes of dil bole oberai -that is his other serial -and in those episodes he is decently acted..

He wasn't the main lead in IB..Nakul was. From the episodes I watched his role was fairly limited ...maybe this is his big break,,a lead role 😊

Kunal was superb as Omkara and initially during pre DBO phase and pre merger, Omkara was more popular than Shivaay. KJ has intensity and passion some thing that most ITV heroes lack. If this news is true , then Very good casting choice. Feeling excited now for s2.

I guess if they are still finalizing actors, Jaya Ji was wrong and there is no way the show will go on continuously. There has to be a gap, some way some how.

They stopped shooting Season 1 on Saturday. It's not Tuesday. Already a three day gap in shooting between end of Season 1 and beginning of Season 2.
