1)With 1% chance Mauli became pregnant because MauNal used some protection method which was only 99% safe.

2)Kunal always filled her hairline with Vermillion (sindooorrr) whenever there relationship was at weakest point because Devi Maa wanted that.

3) Whenever they decided to part their ways their destiny strikes back and bring them back together willingly or unwillingly.

They are part of circle wherever they go in the end they will meet because their souls are connected.

And coming to the irritation and torture part it's just that she is pissed of with Kunal's Nanny's jaap + she has given word to Ish that's it and she scared that what if history repeats itself theory with Kunal.

TBH a proper closure can be given to serial by revealtions,confrontations , break downs & importantdecision makings But GAJRA DARLING WHAT TO SAY. Because Our male & female leads will Nail it with their performance it's just that proper writing is needed now because only 15 episodes are left now.
