I come from a regular household. My mother used to beat my sister ((along with the teachers) when she used to do some mistake & when she didn't use to do her homework. She was a poor child in her school days & people used to beat her simply because that seemed fine to them. She ended up becoming a rebel at a time.It took my father to understand her psychology & change his approach & deal with her with love & understanding so that it could imbibe confidence & trust in her for people around her. Those childhood beating have led to her severe inferiority complex, under-confidence, distrust & chronic depression & we had to end up consulting a psychiatrist to address her problem.Physical punishment doesn't yield positive outcome on all all the time.Case of Mishti isn't simple. She is undergoing psychological sequence of events that has led to this level of hatred towards Pari (she isn't born bully or hateful) & unless that is addressed, her bitterness won't go. We don't just have to prevent her from doing something like this again but we have to help her get out of her bitterness too so that she grown up with good mental & emotional health.

Then you answered your own question. You never experienced what most kids do, because your parents were separated and this made everyone more sensitive towards you. But that's not the case with regular households, is it?

This is a very sensitive topic. I agree with the fact that Mishti is 5 year old. But what she did with pari is not something a 5 years old child do to another child. Even though I won't say she needs physical punishment, but the way the whole family being ignorant towards her misbehavior surprise me. Pari could have lost her life. But radhika as usual have one line, Misti apne bahut galat Kiya as usual. She keep repeating this line, and Mishti keep repeating her wrong doings. What's the point. I don't see any guilt in misti's eyes. Then she would have apologized to pari. She was only scared that radhika tell this to mouli. The face she made when ishan's mom praised pari says it all. She doesn't regret a bit. Now her actions are becoming too dangerous and no one pays attention to it. The way she planned that whole thing, locked the room , switched off the light, above all that put the music in high volume make me think about typical tv vamps who used to do all this. It's not an innocent kid's sweet revenge. It's like a dangerous cunning plot to harm another human.

Wherever we lives , in whatever situation we face , if a CRIME happens then it's a CRIME no matter what. That's why we have juvenile homes to punish and direct the kids to right path .the way of handling this kids is entirely different from dealing with adult culprits. But the fact is that even if they r kids , they r punished and directs towards right path by our law. Our law clearly shows that being a kid doesn't have the license to do wrong doings. They should be corrected. If parents and relatives fails to do that, law will take things their own hands to correct them.
this has nothing to do with sending Mishti to juvanile home. But as you r more interested in connecting it with Mishti, let me tell you one thing. There is no rule that a kid can be send to juvenile if and only if they do a murder. There are many other things which is less than murder can be send to there.Originally posted by: sweet_tania
If pari was died due to misti's revenge than everyone had solid reason to send misti to juveniles home and law will also punish her by giving order to send her at juvenile for her better future but here pari is still alive so juvenile is not possible in this case as per law .No one has license to kill anyone .Mishti had baked mega plan to kill pari and after planning & plotting everything against pari she fails to kill pari so now she is baking another plan that how to kill pari or iss bar to wo bachni nai chahiye.Mishti is very dangerous criminal who will not sleep peacefully without killing pari so brutally. She was very well aware that pari ko bathroom mai bandh karne se wo mar jayegi ,pari ka murder karne ke liye he to pari ko bathroom me bandh karke light off ki thi but mishti ka yeh murder plan to fail ho gaya. Let's see ab next murder plan kya hoga mishti ka 😲 itni akkal hai ki music bajane se koi pari ki help nai kar sakega or wo easily marr bhi jayegi to ab agli planning to pari ke khane me poison milane ki he hogi mishti ki!!!
