Coming to Mauli living Kunal despite his cheating. I get it. She looks weak right? But you need to remember, Mauli and Kunal were together for so many years until the rain dance happened. She is still in love with a nan who loved her once. Who was her husband for years. If that makes me, as a Mauli fan showing double standards then who cares.

How do we even know this TC article is legit and not fake as it has been constantly posting fake news about Silsila from day one. First it was Nandini's surrogacy ,then Nandini becoming business woman and leaving Kunal after leap and now this. When the producer Sunjoy himself clarified the reason why would anyone still buy all the speculations being posted? Nandini was already an INSECURE person .This cannot be a reason for her to quit the show after sticking by it for six months through all the abuses and s**t shaming she received. She probably felt her character was going nowhere and lots of people on this very forum said the same thing. Before the same people claimed DD wouldn't quit coz she preferred money over role. Now that she quit suddenly that's also an issue too. Like what do Mauli fans actually want? Why not just enjoy the show now that there is no 9ther woman or *divine love* as you guys say!

Also who supported K and N ? Most DD fans even quit this forum after the cheating began because they didn't want to support it. Yes reasons are given for everything Mauli does whether it's right or wrong but somehow the same people called Nandini doormat and rape enabler for not being able to leave Rajdeep immediately. It's as per convenience isn't it.

True, we don't know of it's real or not. Probably, she felt the character added no more to the show.

I am a Mauli fan and not all Mauli fans berate or take things to personal with actors. I have no issues with DD. I don't know the woman. I just don't like the character.

show band hogayi .IF rank 2 se 7 tak pahanch gayi .phir Drashti ke naam se iss show ko attention chahiye .It's been months .Makers n silsila fans should leave her alone .

The show would have been far better right now if DD didn't quit and they stuck to this plan of nandini becoming insecure and kunal realising his mistake. It would have also been interesting for DD to play a character other than a bechari cry baby like she has in all her past shows. I thought as an actor she would want to explore different roles, not go for the same role where her character is nothing but a sympathy magnet. Essentially that would mean that DD wants to simply play it safe throughout her career. The only actor to have really taken a risk then is shakti.

If she wanted to play it safe why would she have taken up the role of the other woman in the first place? If she wanted to play a "sympathy magnet" Mauli is what she would have gone for not Nandini 😛 Oh and please explain what you mean by "bechari crybaby" roles please? Her first show as solo lead was that of an unwed teen mother who fights against honour killing and comes to Delhi to earn for her and her child. Her second show was one where she was the feisty girl who not just slaps a star in her first counter but also sends him to jail. Her third role was Rani Gayatri Devi- a just queen who ruled over Amerkot. Fourth show a college professor gets married to the wrong guy but ends up in love with him and then goes on to avenge his death! Which of these were crybaby roles to you may I ask? You think she would have stuck around for six months taking all the abuse,rape threats and s**t shaming from your fandom for half a year if she really didn't want to do something different? Playing safe us what Aditi is doing. Ganga and Mauli both were sympathy magnet roles in your own terms. Where us the growth or variation in her body of work? According to you playing the other woman is playing safe and seeking sympathy? Heights of delusions man! It's not as if she decided to play a stereo typical vamp you guys would have bashed her any lesser. First you guys bash her for not leaving the show,then when she leaves uspe bhi issues banao. Isn't Mauli's solo journey interesting enough that DD needs to be discussed here after so many weeks of her exit?

Mauli becoming Sati savitri and saving innocent soul Kunal from the evil clutches of vamp nandini would have been worst than the current storyline. This type of plot has been used in many 90s movies and TV serial showing the other woman has bad and giving clean chit to the cheater husband. I will be very happy if this is the actual reason for leaving the show.

that was an ideal track.

Audience wanted it.

Cvs should have taken another actress to play Nandini.

People hated nandini...so replacement should have been easy.

There was no need to kill the character.

Arey when TC article is related to DD Metis will allow it. DT team has always shown open bias to Mauli fandom and favoured them even when they used such abusive and vulgar language for the actress and character both. There is a Social Media Corner thread which is actually for discussing external website content and OLVs but our dearest mod never even made an effort to reiterate that there is a thread for this purpose. TC articles will become against rules once it is about Aditi or Mauli. This place doesn't feel like a forum..feels like a shrine !
