May b nandini's realisation dat mauli is kunal's true love and she is attraction..and she regretted badly..kunal never make her unhappy he always make her loved but still nandini feels dat he has some emptiness somehow he miss mauli in his life..all these things she recorded in the CD..

If this is true what does she think mauli is the dustbin she will take her husband enjoy life now she is dying so take my hubby back does not she understand that mauli has a life too. Selfish people have no standard

lets not jump to conclusion w/o seeing the cd...it might something important that mauli needs to know rather than uniting with kunal...thats the reason kunal panics

Like he has some terminal illness as well?

For now I am going with this is their version of KKHH letters. Nandini left something like how bad she felt and realized Kunal loves Mauli. They are fast forwarding this story

whatever happening in the show currently 8s unpredictable...so this dvd is unpredictable too...kunal does know abt the dvd and he panics...so there is something way more important than just being pari's mom...if thats the reason kunal have done it after her death...i feel something real important

Kunal told Mauli that Nandini died of cancer.

Long ago Nandini was suffering from internal injury & Mauli was her doctor. There's a possibility that may be Mauli had overlooked something but Nandini didn't consult any doctor as she thought it was her punishment for ruining Mauli's life???

May be Kunal doesn't want it to reach Mauli because she would then blame herself for Nandini's death.
